We love their Buddha vegetables with no tofu and Mongolian beef. However, what brings a customer back is not only the food it is the service. We have ordered this same order over three times and each time it is very yummy. This being said, the last time we ordered this same order the Buddha vegetable quantity was cut in half. We called back as soon as we made it home and spoke to Lin. She said that she spoke to the chef and they said they would remake it and if I could come back. I said we cannot come back but we can definitely pick it up in the future. She said I work Fridays and weekends so please come back and mention the incident to me and I will honor it. This was around 4pm. Around 8pm we had some guests coming over so we planned to have the same order. We called back and wanted to speak to Lin. They said she left for the day and that they cannot honor what Lin said. Then they said we spoke to the manager who stated that Lin made a mistake. We told them that this is not our fault. We don’t want free food we just want what was promised to us by Lin and in addition to that we wanted to place an order for the Mongolian beef with rice and cream cheese crab wontons which we said we would pay for but not the Buddha vegetables which was told to be waived by Lin. This is really upsetting because their food is really food but their poor service is now costing them a customer.

Firstly, the accommodation was great. We came in a party of 17 so there were a lot of us but we called ahead and they had the table and chairs ready. It was about an hour before closure and they were accommodating for sure. The food was decent, my vermicelli was a little bit bland, the Fresh rolls were good and the sauce needed something more but that’s usually the case. I was just happy it wasn’t the typical peanut sauce, some siracha, chili oil, pickled jalapeños, and garlic to chase down with made it better.
Overall experience was decent, but the food could be better.

The food is great. Prices and portions are awesome. The staff is really nice (if you know, you know). I really liked the #6. The fried rice and the eggrolls are really good. Definitely coming back here.

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, once a while still do, really good Pho with different varieties. Pho was so good I forgot to take a picture of their remodeled diner inside, but other than that it’s a really good spot to eat.

I had lunch at this restaurant many times. Everything is beautiful and delicious. There are downsides. For a few thin pieces of lemon take an additional fee. A meat dish can consist of three small pieces of meat. I do not advise you to order fried foods. From an uncleaned skillet, the teeth grind black residue. it is not pleasant to drink from plastic old and dirty glasses. Otherwise, it’s not bad. I can’t recommend it.

Terrible service. Lady who answers the phone is rude. Used to go here during my lunch break and I would call in my order ahead but apparently they don’t do that anymore? No exceptions for loyal customers. Business around do accommodate, never had this issue before.
Service has been trash lately. They take forever so I cannot go during my lunch break since now it’s “first come first serve”.
Don’t fall for their rewards program, they won’t let you redeem at time to pay if you don’t mention it before ordering lol. Way to lose customers! My coworkers & I will Not be going back.

Second time eating and dining at the restaurant. The good are ok with lots of variety. Even though my iced Vietnamese coffee was make wrong the first time but the waiter was very nice to remake a new one for me. Needless to say, the service was very good.
One thing I don’t liked are the cleanness of the restaurant. The floors are a bit dirty and the condiments holders needs cleaning.

Honestly wanted to try the banh mi sandwiches here and I would honestly give it a 1/10. No seating for to go orders. Not very inviting staff, no one greeted. Very poor quality and variety of what the sandwich should have. You’re better going off going to the Asian stores and getting it off the counters for half the price.
