40 minute wait. When I got there I was about the 10th person in line. By the time I left, the line was just about out the door. You can see a extensive history in the reviews that this store clearly struggles on the weekends. I stopping going to this location 2 years ago for this very reason. I decided to give it another go this weekend and its only gotten worse. Out of the 4 employees working only 1 had a can-do attitude. And this employee was the single positive thing I have to say about this location. Do not waste your time or money at this company. Go to Starbucks right across the road for better service and 1/4 of the wait time.

Purchased a bagel bundle to take to a family event when arrived we found three of the bagels so smashed they were inedible and couple more smashed but at least edible. Took pictures of them and returned to store and was told nothing they could do as then come out of oven and dumped into a basket. Poor excuse as they grab them to put in a bag and could see they were so smashed they should have pulled them out and not sold them. They won’t have used them in the store to make someone a sandwich so they shouldn’t bag them and sell them. Contacted corporate office and they also didn’t respond to this complaint either. Now I inspected the bag before leaving so they can’t pull this again. Poor customer service but I guess they don’t care.

Rude staff, ordered 5 bagels (4 of which had nothing on them and were just toasted…they weren’t toasted). Ordered and the app had said they would be done in 10-20 mins. Needless to say I sat in the lobby for an hour from the time I ordered and was missing a bagel when I got home to eat them. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Do better and learn to treat customers with respect and not treat them like trash because that’s very unprofessional. I get it you are busy, but the app shouldn’t say a time slot that is incorrect as that is false advertisement. Will not be coming again with the rudeness of the staff and the lack of care for customer satisfaction and quality assurance.

Waited in line for 15 minutes and still had 10 people ahead. Took a gamble and placed an order online as they encourage on flyers posted thru out the store and ended up waiting an entire hour (forty minutes over my quoted “pick up” time). Had my purchase not been upwards of $25 I would have taken the loss and left. I understand Saturdays are busy but shutting off Door Dash orders for multiple single order bagels, and some sort of points/perks system to increase employees hustle to increase customer flow would be great.

Management / Corporate needs to hire about three more employees per shift to be at adequate staffing levels. Leadership is being unfair to their staff and unknowing customers by trying to squeeze out the work of six people with a crew of three. One lady began having a diabetic emergency during today’s visit because the crew couldn’t keep up with the workload. This is unethical on management’s side in my opinion. They shouldn’t hide under the false narrative of ‘but no one wants to work’. This is harming unsuspecting customers and unnecessarily over stressing staff. The CEOs increased bonuses are not worth the health and sanity of the public. There should be a warning to employees and customers “We understaff to line our leaderships bank accounts, so expect a very painful and emotionally charging experience.”

Went in this Am, 8:15 and very few bagels in the bins. No everything bagels, told they had a large order. Nice young man took my order.Wasn’t his fault, just poor management!!!!

Don’t order online, waited an hour to get two sandwiches. Sandwiches were mediocre. Manager didn’t seem to understand that waiting an hour was a problem even though they were able to keep up with inside orders. Disappointing experience.
