This was the first time I’ve been to a Bruegger’s before and I was not disappointed! I got the one with brisket, egg, and jalapeno cream cheese and my husband got the one bacon, egg, and sriracha cream cheese and they were both soooooo good! The bagels were super soft and almost fluffy and the balance of sweet and savory in each was perfect! I can’t wait to go back!

The food tastes good when your order is right, but this store is poorly managed. The wait time is way longer than it has to be because the employees don’t work efficiently at all. They get your orders wrong, gossip while slowly making your food, and are even rude at times. I really like bagel sandwiches so I go here often, but this place needs to reconfigure it’s management.

Not sure if the members working at the Strongsville location approx noon on 5/7/23 realize you can acknowledge a customer standing directly in front of you while you are making other orders. Everyone understands a busy time however, to be 4 ft in front of me, make eye contact several times and offer no greeting of any kind while I wait is just weird.

A very great place. Food is nice and the worker are great. The only things that is bad is some of the costumers. Some people there are very rude to the staff. i believe its a great place and I recommend it.

I thought the chicken dumpling soup was really really good and the western bagel with the five cheese bagel a very very good and that’s cheesy. Hash brown was really really good. Very impressed for franchise.

Absolutely wonderful. They were out of the cheesy hash brown bagels for the farmhouse sandwich, so we chose to wait for fresh bagels. Amazing sandwiches, super nice staff. They even threw some extras in our bag for waiting. Definitely coming back
