they turn off doordash an hour and a half before they close. if you go to the shop they close all the seating an hour early. why be open if you don’t want to be? personally I think they should be open until at least 2pm. I was there at 1230pm, and there were a lot of bagels left and chairs up on all tables. why don’t you want to sell these bagels? also, the avocado on my sandwich wasn’t ripe and ruined the sandwich. meh.

Friendly service but whoever is actually making the bagels needs to take some lessons. The bagels are flat and not fluffy on the inside. These are far from the delicious perfect NY bagels I hope for. The schmear of cream cheese is also pretty sad amount for what I would expect.

We like the bagels but we won’t go back unless they change their system for carry-out. We just wanted to grab a half dozen and some cream cheese but we bailed after standing 5-min in a line that didn’t move. They make you wait in one line to get retail bagels or a sandwich! And they make each order one-at-a-time. So inefficient and not smart! Why not have an order and move system to allow customers to move through the line and a pickup spot like nearly every other place offers (think Panera)! Or, put the bagels up-front and allow quick service retail bakery transactions with a separate line! Duh!!

Love this place and their sandwiches are delicious. But unfortunately I have had multiple instances were my order has been incorrect and or missing items when ordering through doordash. I mean how difficult is it to read the order and realize that it is multiple sandwiches and not just 1 sandwich. It is so frustrating because now I have to reorder and wait another hour for the rest of my food to get delivered. Brueggers step your game up!

A pretty average bagel experience. I had a plain bagel with egg, tomato, and avocado. I ordered Mayo as well, but it was left off. Not much flavor to the bagel itself. The cinnamon bagel was okay, but very messy. The mocha was delicious though. One of the best coffees I’ve had in awhile.
