I tried this location multiple times, hoping the experience would be different, but it’s not. The staff is completely rude especially especially the first woman that takes your order. A young lady allowed me to go in front of her because she wasn’t sure what to order, but was told by the staff “I’m not taking your order and that the other woman was first”. Me and the young lady both looked at each other in confusion. Just a nasty attitude. Bagels are stale and hard. Ever since then I refuse to go back there. Not worth it. They will deliberately move slow just so they won’t have to take your order. Horrible experience every time.

Menu and bagels always great but I bought 1 black tea 1bagel and i wanted to get one more cup because we want to share tea with my wife. Unfortunately cashier did not give us an empty cup without money. It is not fair. Anyways we will come back again.

I always get the plain or raisin bagel w/ egg white, light honey walnut cream cheese, orange juice, and two bananas. The cashier is there every single time I have gone there, and she practically knows everyone that comes in. They are fast, friendly and efficient.
