The food is good and the young kids behind the counter are always respectful and eager to please. They deserve every penny in that tip bowl plus more. You can tell they have pride in their work and their customer service efficiency and respect for people is apparent. John on the other hand would barely look me in the eye and when I told him that I paid for a coffee and am getting the bagel w/ CC for free he abruptly told me “that’s not how it works here” and then I tried to explain to him that I had just signed up with the app and he proceed with the order. No apology, no joke to break the tension or the ice and not even a welcome and thanks for signing up. I work two serving jobs in the area and I thrive myself on my customer service and respect for other people. This stinks but not everyone can be nice to everyone I guess. The only reason I’m writing the review is because the next people in line, a Mom and her daughter, he was super enthusiastic and friendly to them and even made a joke to the kid about working there in order to pay for the food her Mom ordered. John, my friend, don’t pick and choose. Either be courteous to everyone or no one.

They don’t let anyone sit inside. If I’m paying 10+ dollars for a bagel and coffee atleast don’t make me eat it in my car. They had a pregnant woman and her kids sitting outside in the rain because they wouldn’t let her sit inside. This used to be my favorite bagel place. I grew up going here every Sunday. So sad to see them go so down hill. They overprice everything like crazy. They used to have the best hazelnut coffee. Now I couldn’t even taste any hazelnut. I will have to find a new bagel place sadly. Just let people sit inside! What kinda bagel place makes people sit out in the rain when they clearly have indoor seating. I used to love sitting inside and watching them make the bagels through the window as a kid.

Bagels are delicious but they need to invest into a new store location if inside seating is never going to be an option anymore. This location is set up with an inside dining room, but for years now they don’t allow anyone to sit inside. I understand during the high time of covid, but really not necessary these days. Staffing can’t be the issue, because there were at least 7 employees on today when i was in the store. Crazy thing is they do allow employees to dine inside, taunting us patrons. The staff seemed overwhelmed with call-in orders and Door Dash orders and could not handle the walk-in patrons. There was a line 15 people long to place an order. The manager/cashier was hanging up on call in patrons just to be able to handle the business. The company needs to invest in a redesign of the prep line where 4 employees fixing orders don’t have to cross over each other while preparing orders. A better solution for handling call in orders is needed as well. Brugger’s needs to invest in their operations to get a better handle on the way business is going to be here on, considering the quantity of take out orders post covid. Took me 20 minutes to get a bagel egg sandwich and bottled water.

They get my bagel wrong every time I just left from there. I come there at least twice a week and is it so hard for someone to add condiments on their sandwich. I’m literally telling you my order and I tend to say it twice just to make sure they hear me but my sandwich is still wrong. We’re paying good money for you to fix our food in front of us and still don’t get the correct order. Also Tell your staff members the younger ones to stop talking about people when we’re looking right at them. It’s rude

A great Bagel place. Quite a good options. Fresh and tasty. Staff here are very friendly. Fresh and aromatic coffee is excellent. They got some excellent cheese spreads too. Quite a good family and kids place and it gets occupied n crowded during mornings especially during weekends. Good outdoor seating available.

The older heavyset man working the cash register is one of the rudest people I’ve came across. Every single time I go in there he has an attitude, never smiles and never says thank you back. He blatantly ignores customers with a grim look on his face. If he can’t handle a busy store then he should work in the back. I wouldn’t want that type of person to represent my company.

I love the smell of fresh dough being cooked and that’s why this shop smells like. They work quickly and make sure you’ve got everything you need before you head out. On top of the great service and smell, the quality of their dough is top notch.
