Neutral to the food, but damn their men’s stunk like pee. I wear a mask everywhere, but that stank stunk. There was pee all over the floor, no paper towels, and the trash hadn’t been done. It ruined my whole experience, and I just left.

It is dirty I was not wanting to leave any kind of review stating this but you got to clean up it look like the floors hadn’t been mopped at all in a couple of days and I just old and nasty in the bathroom. This place is an embarrassment to our neighborhood. It never opens on time and sometimes not even close to the listed opening times. It is not set up to sit down and enjoy your food or coffee as the chairs and tables are stacked up in the side of the room. These folks need to tighten up! Or, we are going to completely quit being customers, and let everyone know why!

Didn’t answer the phone for 10 minutes so I can place my order before arriving.The lady at the cashier lies to me and tells me she doesn’t have any creamer for coffees then I see it on the counter and asked her “is this cream” and she says “yeah but this is all I have.” This is at 6 a.m. so instead of just planning to go grab some more creamer at any grocery store in the afternoon I now will make a second trip to buy coffee elsewhere from someone who isn’t lazy.

1 star I guess for the cashier who at least had a smile on her face. Walked in, not one employee said a word. Ordered the BACON avocado tomato to go, so I didn’t see until after getting on the road, I open up a mess of a bagel sandwich that was absolutely cold, the bagel was hard, everything falling off, and there was no bacon. We’re from out of town and on our way back home but I’ve had brueggers bagels before and have never been disappointed. My son said his was at least warm, but this location needs to do better. The employees clearly have no customer service and apparently don’t know how to make their food. Management needs to assess their store and training. It’s just unfortunate to waste money on food you expect to be good.

My bagel was fine but the staff at this location was really rude. The person helping me didn’t acknowledge me when I spoke to her and gestured to the tip screen in a really pointed way when I was paying. I always tip but I was really put off and I was already exhausted when I came in that morning.

Ordered two sirracha honey sunrise bagels both came with no cream cheese, when asked for refund they told me I had to bring the bagels back to the store. I do not have time to run to a store for a refund when I have work, have a better customer support policy please.

I love a good onion bagel . When I lived up north you could find them all over. Down here you need to go to Bruegger’s. They have a good variety and make killer breakfast sandwiches. Side note the bagel freezes well so buy extra

This place is alright. We stopped by here for a family lunch and got an assortment of bagel sandwiches. Some of the ingredients seemed a little cheap and definitely not a place for you if your looking for less processed ingredients.
