Today was my first time visiting Breugger’s as I dropped my younger sister off for college. As I was giving my order the associate (Rhonda?) loudly and rudely said “am I missing something?” I said no it’s not a big deal I was just checking if my sister wanted a sesame bagel and smiled. She rolled her eyes, sighed, threw off her gloves and loudly said I am not taking these people’s order. Maybe she felt uncomfortable because we were the only people that looked different from the other customers and she did not want to help us, I was so confused!! The new associate came to assist us and he said sorry to us and took our order politely. I apologized to him as well and he said don’t worry and smiled. As we were waiting to pay the same lady went to our parents to clean some tables (nice of her) but then rudely accused them of moving tables around and they said they would never without her permission and she walked away. The cashier was checking us out and also said sorry to us. The lady walked by and I apologized to her to be polite because I felt I had inadvertently upset her even though I HAD DONE NOTHING. She rolled her eyes and started talking about me in front of the other customers, it was so humiliating!! I teach elementary special Ed and I take pride in my patience level, but she was really testing me. I really do not know what I did to make her so upset that she had to humiliate me and talk trash about me in front of everyone. The bagels looked wonderful, but I really felt so upset I could not even eat my order. I hope that she reflects on her behavior! I do not mean to disrespect the other associates or the restaurant by telling my experience as the place was clean and everyone else was kind.

Stopped in for the $9 Monday bakers dozen special and the free coffee with online order special. Good variety available and coffee is good. Fortunately was able to sit outside but why no more indoor seating. Friendly staff, quick service.

Brueggers was my place yo get bagels. Breakfast or lunch — everyone was satisfied. The menu has changed (missing the chicken salad!) and the bagels are so so. Stopped in around 10am on weekday and there was only a few types of bagels available. No dine in option as they have the inside seating blocked off. But it was a nice morning so I was able to get an outside table and eat before returning to work. Rating is not about the employees. I was greeted and my order taken and prepared quickly. Asked if I wanted bagel toasted – yum! Rating based on no dine in available and the lack of bagel variety. Also the bagels are not the same quality or taste. Off to try one of the other bagel places in the area.

As someone who loves Bruegger’s and has never gotten bad service, this location was highly disappointing. Yesterday my partner and I went & instead of the associate greeting us he blankly stared at both of us as if we were supposed to initiate the interaction. We were so taken aback it made the duration of this visit highly uncomfortable. The food was amazing so we decided to go back today. I suggested ordering on the app because of the odd interaction the day prior. As I arrive to pick up my app order they cannot find it. While this isn’t as frustrating as yesterday, both experiences combined was very off putting. As soon as I got home, I realize the order was incorrect. I will not be back!

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese but couldn’t really bring myself to eat it. There was a piece of cheese stuck to one side of my bagel probably from another sandwich. I saw the person behind the counter work so hard taking multiple orders at a time and trying to make 3-4 sandwiches at a time. Clearly the restaurant is short staffed. But food safety comes first. It’s best to make sandwiches one at a time and change gloves in between. Sadly, I had to throw out my sandwich and I will not go back.

Slow service, and no dine-in option despite having tables and chairs (they’ve basically formed a quite unwelcoming exclusion zone with their tables, which should really just be seating again!!), but the bagels are good and the staff is friendly.

Great bagels, long lines, good coffee. I don’t know if they are understaffed or just too popular, but I recommend ordering ahead with the app. Even if you use the app, there will still be a wait for someone to hand you your bag. They don’t allow indoor seating. Staff is friendly and nice, just very busy!

I don’t typically make these reviews, but I had the weirdest experience here. I ordered my bagel, just one Farmhouse, then walked over to the register. They took other orders and about 4 people paid and were served that were behind me. I understand if they’re getting just bagels but one guy got two sandwiches. I waited 15-20 minutes for one sandwich. When I got in my car, I noticed that they just gave me ham, egg, and cheese but charged me for the Farmhouse! I went back in there and the employee looked at me expectantly like this was a joke or something. I said I didn’t get any bacon or cream cheese on the bagel. He said, “I know there wasn’t any bacon (???) but I definitely put cream cheese on there. Did you check the bottom?” I did and I took a bite there was no cream cheese. They made it for me again on a bagel I didn’t want because they gave me the last one in the ham egg and cheese. The weirdest part was there was no apology! I’ve worked in service and I know this stuff happens, but you’d think they’d at least say “sorry”! Especially since he was arguing with me about getting it wrong. It was just the weirdest service I’ve ever experienced. Check your orders before you leave when you buy sandwiches from here. Not to mention the bagels are super tiny compared to other Bruegger’s locations.

The bagel I had was delicious! It was fresh and had good flavor (I got the Asiago Cheese one). The staff were also very friendly! However, the hot chocolate that I ordered was not very good at all! It was way too sweet and didn’t have a chocolaty taste at all. It was like sugary milk. Everything seemed a little overpriced too. TL;DR I’d get the bagels again, but skip anything else.
