I went in twice over the weekend and had the same staff both mornings. They were friendly and talkative without being annoyingly cheerful early in the mornings. The bagels are large and delicious. I do wish the dining room was open or they had some outdoor seating, but ♀️ I’ll definitely come back if I am in town again!

This is our normal Bruegger’s, but the shop has been going downhill. The current employees ignore you when you walk in the door and forget items that you order. They even yell at each other in front of customers. I hope management is able to right the ship, but for now I’ll have to look for other options.

Yummy & nothing to add if you’ve ever been to any other Breugger’s. Oddly not that crowded during lunchtime. Things move along quickly when there are 3 people there. Typically there are 2 making bagels and one at the register. I also like that I can get breakfast sandwiches for lunch.

Friends, it’s time to open indoor seating. It’s been long enough, and there always seems to be enough workers to wipe the tables down quickly. PLEASEEE. It’s so cold out, that by the time I get home my sandwich is gross. Many others are saying the same thing, please listen to us <3.

Did not even walk in as soon as read that no dine-in. From previous response from the owner that they chose so to “protect” their team and guests… from what? Covid is done. Anyway, sturbucks a few blocks down, they too sell coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Bruegger’s, this money could be yours, but they went to someone else who offers smth that you refuse to do. Well, your team missed on tips, too.

On vacation and wanted a good bagel to start the day. I went off the 4.4 stars but I was disappointed . One of the bagels was barely roasted and the hash browns were cold. It wasn’t a busy day either.
