Went to get bagels at 8am and they haven’t even received their delivery yet. Clearly they changed their recipes and this blueberry bagel didn’t even look safe to eat. Went right in the trash. What a shame. What was once the BEST bagel shop in town is now unfortunately the WORSE. (Under new ownership).

The New Yorker breakfast sandwich is terrific. A little pricey at $8, but worth it. Also, I have had several different types of bagels, and a reuben sandwich. Always terrific food. Some advice, order ahead. There’s usually a line, especially in the mornings. Also, the store closes at 2pm.

Use to be the best spot in town for a bagel. They are now under new management and might just be the worst spot in town to get a bagel. Quality went down the toilet. Bagels are not good the new owners use cheap nasty bacon on the sandwiches. Really really dissapointed and miss the old owners 🙁

They have the best Nova bagels in town. My husband and I love, love, love them. I get mine on an everything bagel and he gets his on an onion bagel. The employees are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Brooklyn Bagels and Deli on Beneva.

Food is good, but a little disappointing when you order a Brooklyn tradition (1 egg, cheese, and your choice of protein) and it doesn’t come with the protein or the cheese. Rather it was just the bagel, one egg, and for some reason mayonnaise on only one half of the bagel. As a place that does a majority of to-go orders, it may be wise to double check that orders are correct before people leave and realize when they get home their order isn’t correct.

Kielbasa bagel sandwich was really fantastic even on a rye bagel. Why do both locations run out of everything bagels all of the time? Boyfriend’s chicken sandwich had no lettuce or tomato as described on the menu and they had also run out of chips. Cattlemen location turned off the phone but the wait for in person to go food was short. Best if you go before 10:00!

We visited the restaurant on Cattlemen before, and it immediately became our new favorite for bagels. Yesterday, we placed an order by phone and had to change that order and also add several items to it this morning at 7am (right when they opened). While also filling other order-ahead orders as well as walk-ins, the awesome, friendly staff got everything in our order correct, making the requested changes and adding the new items in literally 3 minutes. I was so thankful because we were responsible for ordering for others who were excitedly awaiting their breakfast. We look forward to coming back often when we are in town again.
