Tracy the owner is so NICE!!! I’ve always been a long time supporter of family owned restaurants, compared to franchise chains like McDonald’s. I’ve a lot better service here, than I did with the local Dunkin’ Donuts on Ryan’s hill. The major snow storm started on late Sunday morning, just as my dad and I were walking thru the door to have some chow. Tracy was kind enough to let us have a quick bite to eat; as they were quite literally getting ready to close up early for the day, due to the storm. Tracy didn’t rush us, or push us out the door so that they could close. I love it when people in general have strong moral values about whats the difference between right and wrong. To show some major appreciation, I quite literally handed the last $20 bill I had in my wallet. To give them as a tip in gratitude for showing such kindness. They definitely deserved every penny that was given to them! Although… I definitely would’ve given them more, if I had any more cash in my wallet. Tracy is you’re reading this, then I wanna say thank you for your service and showing such great kindness.

This place was a Godsend! We’re a touring band and came to get breakfast the morning after and before a show, so we were both tired and needing fuel. The staff was so warm and hospitable, and the food exceeded expectations. Bacon was crispy and the homemade blueberry crumble was absolutely delightful. If we are back in the area, we will absolutely be stopping here again!!

I just stopped in to grab some bagels and cream cheese to go.
Lovely little place, the owner was there, was incredibly kind and welcoming. The one garlic bagel i had warmed up with their homemade cream chese was delightful. It was not heavy feeling at all, you could taste the cream cheese and bagels were fresh. I will have a very hard time sharing the half dozen I bought. 100% worth every penny for a wonderful breakfast

I wanted to really like this place as someone from new york. My mom grew up in Brooklyn so bagles were always a staple in my household. I was feeling homesick this morning and decided to try this place out for breakfast. Don’t get me wrong, everything tasted amazing but it was so skimpy. One small egg, 2 pieces of bacon ripped in half to create 4 tiny bacon slices, I get it, times are hard, but to be charged $10 for such a dissapointment that wasnt even filling is egregious and insane. Will never be back. I was still hungry after leaving there with my friend that we ended up at Maryanns diner for a second breakfast. Im really sad because they put Brooklyn on their sign and the portions vs price do not represent my home.

I have come in here multiple times for food hoping for a better experience each time and I continue to get disappointed. The people who work here are miserable and don’t even greet you when you come in. They just ask “do you know what you want or no”. The food is OK for the cost. Hard to want to give this place business when you feel like an inconvenience to them.

Prices r a mystery as they aren’t listed on menu boards. I got a brkfst sndwch, a muffin & a day old $1 bagel. It was $15. Whaaat? And I have never seen the help smile. Thought when I 1st went they were just having a bad day, but no, they never make u feel welcome. Ill find another bagel place.

Gave you more chances than deserved recently, but after the most recent mistake I’m done. 18$ + for two western sandwiches on sesame, got two westerns on raisin. If it was very busy maybe I could see a reason for the error but I was the only customer inside.

So I want to start with the food is great and service is great. But 1 thinly sliced piece of ham on a breakfast sandwich? Seriously? This isn’t the first time this has happened either that’s why I felt the need to call it out in the review. I got 3 sandwiches and it was almost $24. I understand inflation and raising costs of things but let’s be real. Domestic Ham is $5.99/lb at the store. Other than that the bagels are great and food is great!

Only been here once before, and I don’t remember it being as unwelcoming and expensive.. so I most certainly won’t be going back. It’s too bad, I don’t always want to make breakfast, so I go to places like this, and I paid almost $11 for a breakfast sandwich. It is a good sandwich so I’ll give them that. It’s a no from me due to price.

The food here is very good I love their egg sandwiches (best thing here in my opinion). The atmosphere of a small town bagel shop is great as well and it just feels very comfortable.
