Every time I come to the little ceasers on brooks in Missoula mt I get the rudest customer service and will be giving a call due to how long me and my boyfriend have dealt with this. Tonight’s issue on Feb 4 around 6:30 when my boyfriend went in to get food he got approached super rudely and yelled to explain what kind he wanted when he didn’t even know the choices. And then last night my mom tried to order food and they didn’t even have the order when she got there at least the full amount and then still tried to charge full amount she walked out. I feel something needs to change here. 🙂

Went in with my child to get dinner to find 2 other customers fighting, yelling and arguing using very profound language. Waiting for 5 minutes before walking out getting nothing. The employees just stood in the back doing absolutely nothing about it. Wasn’t going to continue to put my kid or myself in that unsafe situation any longer.

This is at least the 4th time in a row I’ve ordered thin crust pizza & specified “NO CUT” & received the pizzas cut(1916 Brooks St Missoula, MT 59801). Again the pizzas were glued down to the box, because of the cheese melting between each slice. Ended up throwing the mess in the trash. This place is a waste of money & time. I also had to go into the store over 20 minutes after I ordered & ask for my pizza, because I never received a notification my order was ready. There they were sitting in the warmer for who knows how long, getting stuck down to the box. I’m done going to Little Caesars.

Walked in at 9:15pm on a Saturday wanting a pepperoni, cheese crazy puffs and pepperoni crazy puffs , they didn’t have any pepperoni pizza and said they couldn’t make the pepperoni pizza so I took it off . They process to make the cheese puff and pepperoni puff and put them in the oven . One person walking around with head phones on and the other 2 bickering. When they came out of the oven they where both pepperoni so I end up buying a cheese and the picture is posted. Not really happy on how the service is .

Awful experience. Tried calling in my order at 8, the phone was not answered the three times I called. I got there at 8:32 and tried ordering a pizza, they would not make it and said the oven was turned off at 8:30. When I asked why the phone wasn’t answered the worker responded with, “ the phone was dropped in the mop bucket.” I order a pizza from the hot case and that was dreadfully bad, it looks like it has been sitting in the hot case for 4 hours.

You know when you hear the word “pizza” and “economy”, where does your mind go? Oh little ceasara for amazing price and food. Here? That’s not that case. 3 times I’ve ordered a regular pizza (even one well done) and THEY ALWAYS UNDERCOOK THE PIZZA. Nothing else but the main product. Then it taste worse than gas station pizza. I’m going to just stick to papa John’s as they never or rarely disappoint and actually listen to the customer.

Have came here twice to use the portal and both times I was ignored and not given the chance to buy dipping sauces or ask for plates because the teens don’t come up from the back once they’ve seen you’re here for a portal pick up so I just took my sauces to go with napkins
