Very disappointed with St Charles street location. Treated my mom to a snowball after a day in town. Only to find out the employees could not change the blades for the ice machine and it was very dry. Paid 10$ for 2 SMALL snowballs. Will definitely be going somewhere else from now on.

Its a little high priced. So, I dont go very often. But the snowballs are very good and the foods Ive eaten have been very good too! The service is pretty fast depending on the time of day. And ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. They always have gotten my order right too. I would recommend others to try it out! We always enjoy what ever we order here!

Well we stood in line at window for 15 minutes in 100° weather sun beaming on us. When we get to window and order our total was $7.50. We then questioned about the price. The cashier said they changed the prices just recently. The prices outside the window was cheaper than the prices she had rung me up for 2 snowballs. We declined to purchase the snowballs due to the manager not changing the price to the correct price. We felt like we were not served honestly and even though it did not matter the price, it was the principle of it all. With inflation these days alot of people are pitching pennies, it just a shame because we really enjoy the snowballs. We will not be back.

I love Brooke’s!! Whenever I visit Houma, I make sure a stop at Brooke’s is on my to-do list. I had the Chantilly snowball, topped with fresh berries, whipped cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Yum!! Perfect treat on a warm day . The staff is also friendly and offers up a big dose of Southern hospitality. Be sure to stop by Brooke’s! You won’t be disappointed!

We used to love going here for their sno-ball but recently their sno-ball has become more like shave ice. We kept asking for more syrup because the ice shave didn’t have any syrup on the bottom, just plain ice.

Highly recommend the Sno-World special for $12 if you and a friend/significant other want a nice little lunch/dinner together. The burgers are good. The seasoned fries are good. I usually swap out a regular soft drink with a snowball.

The snoballs are always great but we went last night and were charged $18 for cheese fries and two small snoballs. We found hair in the fries and were never offered a receipt. If they charged us correctly, their prices on the menu are incorrect.
