the snoballs are VERY GOOD! The service is many times slow, because of long lines. But!! The employees at the window are always THE BEST!! They do their VERY BEST!! They are VERY FRIENDLY!! Like FAMILY!! NICOLE aka BOSS lady Is AN AWESOME PERSON/WORKER!!! Kudos to her!! & the others!! THANKS FOR ALL YOU ALL DO!!!
the snowballs are very good and the foods Ive eaten have been very good too! The service is pretty fast depending on the time of day. And ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. They always have gotten my order right too. I would recommend others to try it out! We always enjoy what ever we order here!

Stopped by Brookes. Nicole is an awesome employee! Super fast and friendly.
Sometimes there can be a little wait time. But its WORTH the wait! Still a little pricey but WORTH the price. Everything I have tried is always very good. Oh I do wished the customers knew how to drive up through the drive thru. There are 3 lanes. But as I have often experienced, most don’t realize its set up as 3 lanes and you yield into the lane in order as you get there .
I think this is a great place for a meal or a delicious snowball on one of our very HOT days!!

The cashier who took my order was very nice, the snowballs tasted amazing specially in this heat! I really liked how they put your original cup inside another one so it won’t be messy and you won’t spill anything! My family enjoyed it so much and we can’t wait until we can go back! Definitely my favorite spot for sure! Prices were so reasonable and they have a variety of other things too! Check them out!!

They don’t just don’t have snowballs they also have food. There Frito chili pie dressed with lettuce is amazing. They also have some good southwest egg rolls. People were real nice and my food came out fast.

Amazingly very consistent!!! My go to is the dubai choclate shake 10/10 & between the snoball flavors you can endlessly try & still have other options or combinations or the innovative deserts that brookes comes up with it loves up to its name as Brooks Snoo World forever me & my wifes spot

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THAT TWO FLATTOP SMALL SNOWBALLS COST $9!!! Like I took two sips out of that snowball and it was gone there’s no way it should cost that much. then i got handed the snowballs FULL of juice and sticky and I asked for a drop cup which why is it a extra charge if you’re going to hand me the snowballs like that… it’s genuinely sad on how these people hand these snowballs like that and don’t even try to fix it but instead up charge you.. and this has never been the first time either, it is everytime

Delicious mouth watering sundae! I really enjoyed the lemon lime snowball. The dessert is to die for & leaves you satisfied yet thinking about the next time you can make this trip. The location is on grand Caillou rd where you can get a lot of different things. I’m 100% happy with the location. I wish they had a Brookes in Raceland.

Very disappointed with St Charles street location. Treated my mom to a snowball after a day in town. Only to find out the employees could not change the blades for the ice machine and it was very dry. Paid 10$ for 2 SMALL snowballs. Will definitely be going somewhere else from now on.

Great food and sno balls but mediocre service and horrendous location. Workers are slower than snails and don’t care either. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes before getting your order and even longer before being able to place it. You would think when busy they would have some mild sense of urgency but no. The awful location and tiny parking area makes it worse. No matter if you go through drive thru or park, you’ll wait just as long, and even longer to try getting out of the parking lot. If service was quicker this wouldn’t be a problem.

Went today for a snow ball for my kid at 4pm and was in the drive thru line for 30mins and never moved. Had to back out and leave and fine somewhere else to go. Don’t get me wrong there snowballs and food is good but omg the setup at this location is horrible for the slow service in drive thru. Never again rather take that drive to bayou Blue to get snow balls
