Really great experience. Went for happy hour before a movie. Got the half off app french onion dip it was almost wing night got the hot honey garlic again . The bartender I had was great and friendly the atmosphere was great too. A bit far from where I live to go regularly but might maybe a Steelers game or def the next time I see a movie out that way.

Just because I came in 15minutes before closing and wanting wings doesn’t mean you have to be rude ,,she said I can’t have any wings ,, I replied okay and proceeded to sit the menu down with the rest of them and she snatched it from my hand and walked away sassy and shaking her head,,Rude Rude Rude

Great food, even better service! Hosted a 90th birthday celebration here and it was so smooth and turned out great. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The guests all raved about the food and service.

I ordered a dozen wings, unfortunately you can’t get all flats which is fine, however I asked if they could at least do half-and-half and was told yes that’s what they do. I got three total flats, over half of the Wings had fairly large feather still in them, which lets me know you don’t clean your chicken well. I also had a 3 to 4 inch hair in my wingbox. The breaded zucchini have no flavor, Pizza is what you would expect from bar food, and the marinara and ranch seem like they’re out of a jar bottle, the hot “honey garlic” had no taste of honey or garlic only what tasted like Frank’s Buffalo sauce. Still looking for good wings with housemade sauces and fish in Robison area.

My first time at the bronze hood lounge and usually I will give honest review and my opinion of the food. I can’t remember the old restaurant that was there, but the food was much better. I walked in around 430pm on a Tuesday night. I just wanted quick takeout and then go home and enjoy my dinner. Very nice woman seated me and offering me a soft drink, while I waited for my food. The place was empty, I ordered from the menu, and waited patiently for my food. I ordered a fish sandwich, onion rings, and since I experienced eating a muffalata in new Orleans, I was hopeful it would be delicious. Boy was I disappointed, terrible onion rings, fish sandwich was bland, not crispy, Cole slaw, and even the sauces were horrible. I did like the fish bun, but that was it. If it wasn’t so salty, I would of enjoyed a fish sandwich at long John silver. Pittsburgh usually has some good fish sandwiches ( back door tavern, 19th hole, oyster house ect. Maybe the wings might of been a better choice. Usually I will give a restaurant a second chance, but I will pass on the fish for sure.. Too bad ,I don’t believe there is any authentic English fish and chips restaurants with salt and vinegar. Anywhere near Pittsburgh. They would make a killing if there was. Hopefully food will get better. Mike M

LOVE this place! Not fancy, not stuffy. It’s good pub fare with good beer selections and the best and most friendly service. The prices are so reasonable too. No one here is greedy and trying to to rip off hard working folk. Their chicken wings are sick. I only wish they had more variety in their sauces and less Frank’s but honestly, that aside, those wings are cooked to perfection. We try to stop by as often as possible, funds permitting Sit at the bar and enjoy their happy hour specials. Tip generously!!!
