First. When I called, the young lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and rushing. She didn’t even take a name or phone number. Then when I get there, they had rang my pizza up wrong and the bacon cheese burger I ordered. My pizza was supposed to be half pep and half pep mushrooms and jalapeños. However, she rang me up for half pep and half pep tomato. She went to the back to “check the pizza.” Then when it came out, the mushrooms were on top. If anyone has ever had Broadway, they know the toppings are under a bed of cheese, so they basically double cooked my pizza to add the mushrooms instead of making the correct one. According to the lady on the phone, the bacon cheeseburger only came with lettuce tomato and mayo, so I ordered it with no tomato. However, not to my surprise, when I get there my burger has onion on it, which I am allergic to. The young lady was so rude that she didn’t even help to try to rectify the issue. I ended up getting a refund for the burger . And waiting nearly an hour and a half from place time for the pizza. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this place at all if you care about customer service and a correct order:

Hands down Broadway on Mendenhall has the best philly cheesteak and catfish we have ever had anywhere in Memphis. The flavors and the shear size of the portions is unmatched. You definitely have two try these out you won’t be disappointed.The staff is awesome check them out

Had dinner here with my friends. They add 18% gratuity for dining in which I didn’t mind since I always tip when eating out. We were greeted right away. Drinks and pizza came out quick. My cocktail was very strong so no complaints there, lol. I don’t know if the heat was out but it was cool inside. I plan on coming back and trying something else besides their pizza. The meals ppl were getting looked really good.

Although it’s a very busy and popular place, parking is extremely tight. I really didn’t care for the pizza not that it was nasty. It’s just my personal selection would have been something else. However my kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

First time eating the “famous” pizza and I was disappointed. It literally had ZERO flavor. It looked great and cheesy in the box, but when I bit into it I could have sworn I was eating cardboard. The sauce was bland, toppings aren’t seasoned. Just a NO!

Do you want to know who has good pizza in Memphis? Broadway is one of the places I recommend. Yes! Some people have had bad experiences, but I haven’t. I’ve dined in once, and it took about 40 minutes for us to get our food. It wasn’t crowded, but good pizza takes time, and I’m patient. The atmosphere is okay for a pizza joint, I kept my eyes glued to the TV since it was football season.

I thought the pizza was just okay. It satisfied my craving for a nice hot pizza but the crust on it is strange. It’s not thin, not thick…kinda like a flat bread I guess.
