We had a team lunch here. I had the Brisket Thanksgiving Turkey Breast. I had it without gravy and with French fries. It was really delicious so I will definitely come back one day to this place!

We loved our dinner at this fabulous spot!
We ordered the platter with pulled pork, brisket, and pork belly — everything was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides (we had mac n’ cheese and coleslaw) were also full of flavor and perfectly matched the meats.
What made the experience even more special was the service — especially our waiter, Nuno, who was simply outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and just so genuinely helpful. We decided to come last minute, and it happened to be my friend’s birthday — Nuno kindly helped organize a piece of cake with a candle, which made her evening so memorable. A small gesture, but it meant a lot!
The place is super popular (for good reason!), so I’d definitely recommend booking in advance.

Top-quality meats, insanely friendly and helpful staff, and zero complaints from me. Saturdays get busy (expect a line if you don’t book), but it’s worth it. Plenty of options for all meat lovers, great vibe, and works perfectly for dates or groups. One of my go-to BBQ spots in the city.

Everything was good but that brisket…. That brisket is why I do 5 stars. I believe we had the Texan triangle which was a good amount for us, we usually don’t eat that much so it was just right.
Not overstuffed and not underfed haha.
Also liked the atmosphere of the place too ( and the DJ!?!) and waiters were friendly, even to the sassy customers who sat next to us .

Health First
We had a great experience. Meat tender, juicy, and full of flavor. While the food took a bit longer than expected, the staff handled it well by offering complimentary snacks during the wait. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

I eat here quite often and I almost always order 200g of brisket and nothing else (for me, that’s enough). The meat is sometimes too dry. The staff are always friendly, helpful and do their best to satisfy the customer. I can recommend the ribs and the brownie as well. I don’t recommend this place to vegetarians.

Excellent food, very tasty brisket and great spice blend they use at their restaurant! Their interior is very charming, with a rustic “Texas style barn” ambiance that teleports you right to the USA. However, it may also just be as loud as in a true American restaurant, the acoustics aren’t the best. Especially during busy days and occasions when most tables are served, conversations can become challenging.
Furthermore, I would like to point out that the service has been lacking recently. During my last visit, I ended up waiting over a full hour (was using a timer) for one dessert. It seemed that the order got lost either by the server or kitchen, which of course can happen during busy days. But here in Switzerland, where hospitality is at a very high standard I would have expected some sort of compensation – at least offer us a free round of Cokes, just something!
Other than that, I have been a loyal guest for years and always enjoy coming back for their food. I recommend coming during Summer when you can sit outside or during Lunch when it’s not as busy to avoid issues regarding the noise!

I think it’s one of the best in Zurich. It’s certainly one of the only places you can get brisket, maybe even in the whole region. I think the location is cool as well, easy to reach

Restuarant is spacious, good vibe and so clean. Smoked brisket was a little dry but tasty. Smoked pork belly was juicy and lovely. Overall food was satisfied and valued. Staffs are nice and attentive. Dinner menu offer more variety than lunch so better to go for dinner.
