I have been coming here for 45 years, since it was Jets and I was a teenager, multiple times a summer for what was always the best hot fudge malt you could find. Imagine my disappointment on our visit yesterday when a) “we can’t make hot fudge but chocolate, which tastes just the same.” Um, no, there is a big difference and it wasn’t the same b) they used PLASTIC cups to make our malts . Both of our cups were cracked on the bottom, I assume from the blender, and we had ice cream all over our shirts, shorts and vehicle. Go back to paper cups!!! I’ve never had a malt or shake ever made anywhere in a plastic cup!! There is a reason for that! I’d also suggest the waste receptacle get a good power washing and the trash and wrappers picked up at the establishment. First impressions are lasting and it’s a mess in its current state.

Great ice cream, convenient location. Staff made our cones quickly. Sign said to be “patient” because they were training but there was nothing “trainee” about my experience. All 6 in my group got their ice cream quickly and all of the cones were well shaped
