Are you ever scared to go into a new Italian restaurant? What if their sauce just came out of a jar, or what if they overcooked their pasta? Well, you don’t have to worry about that here. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauces were delicious. The one thing I do wish is that they had half an order of pasta, it was a big bowl and no one at the table could finish theirs. Service was good but our server felt like they were disengaged. Pro tip: one of the best tiramisu I ever had.

I’m giving a 3 star review because the air vents looked filthy and needed a serious cleaning. Travis our server did a great job, we really like him. The food was good and it has a nice atmosphere. My only complaint is those filthy air vents. It does look like they started cleaning them but the others looked “furry”.

Very good food and drinks. The spot was relaxed. Chit chatter was at a nice level. Music in background. Servers and bartender was great. A little pricey but worth it. Had a light snack, flatbread with chicken. My buddy had the lamp chops. Good choices on the menu. Running a 2/for $40 special. Check them out.

I ordered the chicken caprese, which has typically been really good at other Brio’s. But this time, it was dry with barely any pesto sauce. Also, I asked to sub feta for the mozzarella. It came out with mozzarella anyway, so I had to ask for a side of feta… and more pesto. By the time the pesto sauce came out (which had to be made from scratch, I guess?), the dish was nearly cold. Oh, and our server forgot two things that other guests in our party had ordered; an appetizer and glass of wine. They never came out, so we had to have them taken off the bill. Lots of potential at this restaurant, but they missed the mark this time.

This was my first time getting to experience a Brio Experience. I sat at the bar and had and amazing bartender/waitress named Sarah. She helped with delicious drink and food selections, and made sure my glass was never empty. To end the night Sarah made a delicious Espresso Martini for me, that was nothing but perfect. I would tell anyone and everyone who asks me to request Miss Sarah if they are wanting a 5 star experience.
