We hosted a surprise graduation party for a large group at Brio and it exceeded every expectation! Sarah, the manager, was amazing. She was kind and accommodating. She made the entire process seamless and stress free. Hope and Casey, our bartenders/servers, were absolute stars. They were warm, upbeat, and incredibly attentive. Their energy and friendliness added so much to the celebration. So many of our guests commented on how great the night was and Brio played a huge part in that. Highly recommend.

We ate the bar on a Wednesday Evening…. Trevor was our server and he took care of us. I personally requested a drink based on a few favorites and his result was a very nice, natural peach Margarita… Not overly sweet, just perfect.. He aims to please…A great addition to this business thanks !!!

My boyfriend made a reservation here for Valentine’s Day, and it was fantastic! Toni was our server, and she did a great job of making us feel comfortable, explaining special dishes, checking in on us, and making us laugh as well! The food was delicious – we got the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer, he had lobster bisque and chicken Milanese, I had a Caesar salad and the sausage rigatoni, and I also tried the white peach iced tea (recommended by Toni). If I hadn’t been so full, we would have ordered dessert as well! Wonderful atmosphere and staff, and amazing food. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. With so many restaurants to choose from, I can’t believe I picked this one and this is my second time came here. It wasn’t even busy that day.
We sat down and were completely ignored. No server ever came to our table. Instead, the bartender had to serve us, which already shows how poorly this restaurant is managed. Meanwhile, multiple staff members were walking around, talking, joking, and messing around instead of helping customers. It got so bad that the manager had to yell at them just to get them to do their jobs, which was uncomfortable and embarrassing to witness. The bartender is a woman with short hair, she was the only person who helped us at all. While she tried, she was clearly not meant to be serving tables. She was dressed extremely unprofessionally, honestly looking like she was wearing sleepwear, while the rest of the staff was dressed in black serving other guests. It made the whole place feel chaotic and careless. We were never brought drinks or bread to start, and no one checked on us for like 15 minutes. The food didn’t come out until I had to ask for it, which should never happen. When it finally arrived, the food was cold, making the experience even worse. What makes this completely unacceptable is that the bill was almost $140 and that’s not even including the tip. Paying that much for this level of service and food quality is ridiculous. Between the lack of service, poor management, unprofessional staff, and cold food, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Had the best server ever! Regan was so sweet, she was professional, and she checked up on my table throughout the night! The service was very fast and high quality. The view inside is incredible and the food is to die for. It was only my first time going, but I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Very attentive and so personable! She also recommended a couple of our meals and appetizers and everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Took my girlfriend to Brio for Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful time! Our waitress Regan provided exceptional service, greeting us with a warm smile, constantly checking up on us, and refilling our waters! The food was fantastic and we loved the chocolate cake and cheesecake desserts! Overall I had a wonderful time at Brio and would recommend it to everyone!
