Not a big fan of this place. They almost always forget dipping sauce for nuggets. More times than not they leave stuff out of my order. Only reason I go is because my son likes happy meals. It’s to the point where I pull over once I’m out of the drive through by habit because they are constantly leaving stuff out of my order.

Early Sunday AM I needed 3 gallons of tea. The workers had arrived at 4 AM to open at 5:00 AM. It was a bit after 7 AM. They were cheerful and so polite. 2 gallons were ready but a 3rd gallon needed to be made. It happens so quickly that I did not feel like I had to wait at all. Thank you for serving our community so well. May God bless each and every one of you as you continue to work hard and bless us with good food, beverages and treats…..all served with kindness!

I normally do not go to McDonald’s but there was a request for one of their coffee drinks At this location, I stood at the counter trying to get 1 person to acknowledge me to ask a question. Not a single person helped even after I said excuse me I have a question. I did receive a few looks and a quick head turn even the employee making the pick up orders ignored me. Other patrons couldn’t believe the rude treatment. Hey there, I have the money and want to spend it but not here not anymore, Looks like a management problem to me.

Not bad for McDonald’s. Just overtime you order they want you too pull up even if you just got one thing. If they want there drive through time to be better they should be faster. Also most times they never get the order right.

Great experience at drive thru. The sweet ladies at tge window made sure my hot fudge sundae had the proper amount of fudge! And asked for extra salty fries and they were delicious

NO STARS would be what is deserved! I went through the outside drive-thru lane. I literally sat there while 3 or 4 other vehicles orders were being taken in the inside drive-thru lane. NO ONE acknowledged me. Finally, I drove back around to get into the inside lane so I could get my food & go home. Upon getting to the window, I proceeded to inquire as to why the one lane was not being acknowledged. I was told “oh, well it’s a headset issue that SOMETIMES it beeps, sometimes it doesn’t. WELL THEN HOW IS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE???? No caring these days, that’s what we get. Where are the standards that need to be held to accountability?

Absolutely awful. Couldn’t get my food right and then seemed as it was my fault not theirs. Had to go in twice to get them to correct it with an attitude from staff. Take responsibility and Get it together.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s on the planet stale fries stale burger no pickle salt with my grinch meals asked for payment 2x after paying online no straws in the bag no napkins shit thrown every where in a box no kid over 21 working there ever no manager or team leads the store is a dumpster fire waiting for disaster 20 drink orders at the window all except mine this place is a joke
