We came here today, Sept 21st around 5 PM, and it was certainly not that busy. The chicken was gone for half the time we were there. Very little pizza was out, and the salad bar was bare. Not once over 45 min did any worker go around to gather plates or clean tables that were dirty from people leaving. People had to go around looking for silverware and asking workers. I think the restaurant needs to work on keeping the food out on the buffet line like the other recent reviews have said, and clean up after patrons. It seems like it’s a reoccurring theme for this Pizza Ranch, sadly.

I went there to do a DoorDash order, the place was looking clean despite how busy it was, staff were very friendly and quick with the order especially this girl Adriana she was very helpful in getting the food. Would recommend dinning there if in Mason!

Clean pleasant environment , awesome food, efficient staff, awesome manager, wide variety of fresh tasty food. Play place for kids entertainment while eat with video screens to keep track of them. Excellent Birthday Party Place as well as receptions, meetings and catering. Check it out!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

As a franchise restaurant and also buffet it is fair price. Salad bar is great, pizza is fresh and u can order yr own in buffet price. Dessert and ice cream were great. We came on Sunday 26th of January around 6.30 PM. We got an incredible service from Jade (young lady ) and also cook guys are so polite manners . This place is simple but their service is incredible!!!!

Good hot food on the buffet. Staff was great about stopping to clear used plates from our table. Only negative was the fountain drink machine didn’t have ice. I noticed multiple people trying to use it with no success.

I ordered a cheese stick and a gluten-sensitive pizza to accommodate a friend via the website. The website defaulted to only being able to order a medium pizza, which was perfectly fine. When we received the order, the pizza was a small. I called the restaurant to explain the situation. I was given the manager to talk to. No solution was offered to correct the situation. The manager claimed they don’t control the website and the gluten pizza is only a small size (which was different from what the website made me order), and he couldn’t issue any correction, and again, didn’t offer any solution of his own effort. I have never seen restaurant staff be this indifferent about a significant mistake like this, especially when you are not getting the value you paid for, and offer literally nothing to rectify the issue. I am thoroughly disappointed by this experience and never plan to order from this location again.

The food was good, but the thing that really stuck out was the demeanor of the employees. They seemed down and disinterested. No smiles, very disconnected, almost no interaction with customers and certainly no conversation. This was the same for the cashiers, the table attendants and the food attendants. Very unusual for all the other Pizza Ranch restaurants I’ve visited.

Went on a Thursday evening supposed to be wing buffet, all they had was chicken from afternoon buffet. No wings in site! We were there at 5:30 pm should have been on buffet. Employee we dealt with was rude,she appeared to not like her job! Would not recommend this Pizza Ranch to no one!
