Love the interior decor and relaxing atmosphere. Servers were fast and friendly. Food we ordered were delicious! I hope they would add more meat or seafood to some of the dishes – some are too expensive for how it is. The pasta in the pasta brio could use a little more time though, it was slightly hard/too chewy. Cheesecake is delicious, it melts in your mouth!

Noisy. Busy. Nice but slow service. Husband ordered an entree with chicken and side of pasta and had very little sauce. I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto—what a disappointment for $29. Dish had 3 shrimp and tiny bay scallops, about 8, scattered on top. Not grilled or anything. Cesar salads had brown spots on lettuce and didn’t say anything because we had a guest. But later our guest revealed their salad was the same with brown on lettuce! I hate that. I don’t make a salad like that at home and am disgusted when I pay $8 and it’s like that. Guest had chicken Marsala which they said was ok. We’ve been to Brio many times, but this time was a let down.

It was a beautiful dinner with my daughter! Our server was a joy! The food was delicious!! Living in Palm Coast prevents from going often, but Brio has always been our special place since we lived in NC. Happy there’s one near us….okay 90 mins away.

Omg, we drove two and a half hours from Jacksonville because we love Brio so much and our location closed during the pandemic. Maria was our server and treated us like royalty. Their carpaccio of beef is the best I’ve ever had anywhere and truly worth the drive. You will never be disappointed at Brio! Pasta brio, mushroom ravioli lobster bisque just to name a few of our favorites. If you have the opportunity you don’t want to miss out

I hadn’t dined at Brio in many years, so when I returned for lunch with a guest, it was nice to see they have maintained their high standards. Our server & his assistant (both named Eric) were very attentive, polite & professional. The Berry Lemonade with the sugar-coating on the glass rim was refreshing, the lobster bisque was delicious, and the lasagna with its creamy cheese topping was superb. I also loved the complimentary bread service & fresh butter. Highly recommend.
