The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and the restaurant has a really nice, cozy feel. Service was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Thai food. I’ll be coming back for sure!
I can not begin to tell you how delicious the Thai Green Curry was with garlic rice
We will be returning asap and so pleased to see a coffee shop owned by you too.
Massive thank you to Logan for the recommendation and booking our table ❤️ Great lads you got working with you to accompany the great chef and owner ☺️ Cannot wait to return. Thank you Xxx
Tha flavours balanced so well and the staff are so friendly and kind and really seem invested in giving the customers a great experience!
Perfect for a winter gathering or family outing or cosy date.
We ordered pork dumplings as a starter, which were very well presented, but both mine and Emily’s had varying degrees of temperatures. Some were Luke warm on the outside and cold in the middle, others were hot in parts and Luke warm in others.
When we were asked if the starters were ok, I asked politely if the starters were microwaved, the server who was incredibly pleasant and polite (Logan) said that he’d check with the kitchen, which he did, and came back and said that he was told they weren’t microwaved. Emily and I aren’t convinced based on the temperature variations in a very simple starter.
For mains I chose a Thai green curry with rice which was fantastic and Emily chose a Special Thai chicken with sticky rice. They had to swap it out because it was very heavily salted. I tried a piece and gagged due to the amount of salt.
The 2nd attempt was great but Emily had lost her appetite at that point.
2 hours later and her bottom hasn’t left the loo. I expect from the under temperature starters.
Not impressed.
The menus have some spelling mistakes, but the food – you simply can not fault.
A member of the group can not have fish. The chef personally came out and confirmed that everything is cooked fresh,so that wasn’t an issue.
They have a spice level menu that augments the dishes. 7 different levels from mild to hell!
Food was delicious, and thoroughly enjoyable. Cocktails are worth it.
We didn’t speak during the meal because everything was so tasty! The menu is massive, so much choice and meat options. The lady serving us was so friendly. I would 100000% come here again
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming without trying too hard. Service is efficient and attentive, and the staff clearly make an effort to read the room. At one point they even put on country and western music to suit one of the diners, which says a lot about how flexible and customer-focused they are.
Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, Bridge Thai is a dependable choice for good food, an easygoing setting, and service that hits the right notes.
