So good we went back the next day. We staying in the Fairfield right beside so went out of convenience. We went back the next day bc the Cajun dry rub wings we were so good we wanted them again. I also go the huge piece of chocolate cake again. Very cool environment, pleasant staff and excellent food. We also got 10% with our hotel key proof.

1st time to Bricks, gift card from our kids. Nice atmosphere, fun, clean and friendly. Our appetizer was amazing, excited for the main meal. My wife ordered bourbon shrimp , I ordered a black n blue burger with truffle fries. Food arrived, looked great. My wife’s first comment was good but cold (barely warm). Would taste better if it was hotter. I also told the server my food was cold. The server tried to help when the manager (I assume) came by and she asked him to help. He took care of my wife, left with her plate, didn’t look at me. I had ate half of the burger that was cold and lack of flavor! Tasted the fries, cold, fries were awful! I couldn’t eat anymore. He returned with the shrimp, I then explained it was cold and I couldn’t eat it, take it way. He did. The manager never returned but took off half of the shrimp and burger. The $100 gift card was used to pay the bill, for a night I’m hoping to forget, thanks to the manager handling our cold tasteless food issues. Hopefully our kids don’t ask us how our dinner was.

I want to leave a fair review. Service was fine the food was not. I got the sausage blanco pizza, the crust was fine. You can taste that the sausage was old on there. It was undercooked and pretty flavorless. It was reminiscent of frozen pizza with the cheap sausage. My sister ordered a burger and said hers was absolutely amazing. So maybe don’t order the pizza

I thought the interior design was nice. Our server was excellent. I ordered the BBQ Bacon cheeseburger, and the loaded mashed potatoes for a side. The burger was fantastic. 5 stars for that. The potatoes….not so much. I got a bad aftertaste from the toppings. The potatoes had a consistency similar to boxed flakes. They brought the meal down to 3. I would highly recommend pulling them off the menu. If they truly are boxed…that is even more reason to pull the item.
I was there with a date and she agreed that there was an aftertaste, and boxed potatoes were used.

We had high hopes for Bricks in Blaine after a decent experience the week before, but today’s breakfast was a complete letdown—and frankly, an embarrassment for any restaurant claiming to serve quality food.
We all ordered the same breakfast plate, and the problems were obvious the moment the waiter set them down. The bacon wasn’t just overcooked—it was burnt to the point of crumbling into dust when touched. The eggs were cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. It was baffling that this was even allowed to leave the kitchen.
To his credit, the waiter acknowledged the bacon was burnt and promised to bring fresh bacon and eggs. He returned with new bacon—but no eggs. At that point, we didn’t bother pressing it further. We were hungry, so we picked at the potatoes, left the eggs untouched, and took the bacon home for the dogs. That’s how low the bar had dropped.
The manager never came over. No apology. No explanation. Just a quiet $4 discount per meal, which felt more like a slap in the face than a gesture of goodwill. We paid over $60 for a breakfast that left us disappointed, frustrated, and still hungry.
There’s a reason Bricks wasn’t packed on a Sunday morning after church. We found out the hard way. We won’t be back.
Photos are of 3 different plates of cold eggs. No photo of burnt bacon as waiter promptly removed it. It should never of been served to us.

I finally got to visit this amazing establishment last weekend. From the moment my family and I walked in the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Our server Nicole was professional, very friendly, and attentive! We ordered Sweet Chili Wings, Bricks Salad w/Salmon, Truffle Fries, Deviled Eggs, and the Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta. The food was flavorful and well cooked! We enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

I brought my future wife here for our anniversary. Our server Mandy T. was delightful! She was so fun and has the best personality. We shared two appetizers, the crispy tiger shrimp is one of the best things Ive had at a restaurant in a long time! The pork belly appetizer was phenomenal- the crusted glaze on it was delightfully melt in your mouth! the Cereal Killer Drink was out of this world, their dirty martini was yummy too. She had the waygu Ribeye with bleu cheese butter and the crab cake add on. It was delicious. The seared scallops were amazing- the risotto that it came with was good- but not my cup of tea. I highly recommend trying this restaurant, and we are so glad to have this quality of a restaurant near our home. Its exactly what the Champlin/Anoka needed!!!

The service was okay. The food could have been better. There was no seasoning at all. They have all these fancy names for the food very mediocre. I could’ve done better and I’m not a chef. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in pork grease or something it wasn’t the best. That was also the worst tasting ranch dipping sauce I’ve ever had. The aesthetic was nice. I really like the setup and lighting. With nice size booths.

It’s a decent place to eat! Will be going back! Our server was on top of it and not intrusive on our date! service was excellent from the very sweet, kind hostess, to the Jennifer Lawrence look alike server . It was well worth it! The ice tea was fresh and tasted perfect.
