I went into Arby’s yesterday and was waited on by a soft spoken, polite young lady, unfortunately I did not get her name, but she had red hair. She was polite and helpful as this was my first Arby’s experience and she went through the menu with me and made excellent recommendations. This young lady is the face of good service and retaining customers as you do not experience this with a lot of young people today. Thank you to this young lady and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Over all the team and management here do a great job.

Staff friendly. Store is very clean. The food is definitely above average in comparison with other fast food restaurants. Also if you have the app you can find some really good deals on there. They have better deals than most other places.

I had the opportunity to stop at Arby’s in Lyman the other day and I have to say the food was freshly made, the store was extremely clean and a young lady by the name of KeeKee served me, she was so pleasant and professional, with a smile on her face and thanked me for eating at Arby’s. I will definitely return because of her positive, pleasant attitude.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with a sesame seed bun. There wasn’t a single strip of bacon on my burger and the bun was wrong. Got all the way home before I realized. Shouldn’t be that difficult.

This location would have a zero star if available. If you have PLENTY of time to waste waiting on your order then give it a try and if you have ample patience.
Two vehicles in front of us in the drive through. First got food and second pulled up. From that point we waited over 15 minutes with the vehicle in front still waiting on their food.
Deciding we didn’t have more time to waste, even though we had placed our order, we drove to Bojangles next door. We placed our order, got our food and back on the road in mere minutes.
Comical to say also the car in front of us at this Arby’s drive through was still at the window waiting for food.
Why not have the driver pull ahead so other drivers can get their food????
It goes without saying this is the first but definitely the last time we’ll visit this Arby’s.

This location is kind of hit or miss lately. Got food tonight, $43 worth of food and it was mostly all inedible. Fries, jalapeño poppers all old tasting and burnt. I seriously think I was given old food that had just been sitting. Meals weren’t correct so had to go back around again. Still wasn’t correct. Super annoyed!!! Can’t get anyone to answer the phone either. Ridiculous. Just threw it all away with the exception of 2 little roast beef sliders. As you can see in the pictures this food was burnt and old. I can’t believe that they thought serving this was a good idea. But hey, it wasn’t your food so who cares I guess?? Appreciate it guys!

I give one star because I have to. My husband went to Arby’s in Lyman and got a Ruben for himself and a beef and cheddar classic for me. I opened my sandwich and first thing I I noticed was it was a sesame seed bun. Next was that that there was no cheddar cheese on it. I put Arby’s sauce on it to give it flavor but it’s so dry it’s hard to swallow. My husband paid $5 for this pitiful sandwich.
