Brick & Stone is the best pizza in town and it’s not even close! The owner makes his own dough and you can tell he puts his heart & soul into every pie he makes. Come by and get a little slice of Italy! The best part about the pizza is feeling great after eating because of the fresh ingredients. 11 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I tried Brick & Stone for the first time today and I must say I was very impressed. I tried the Three Cheese and it was delicious, just wish it had been cooked a touch longer. He serves up Neopolitan style pizza out of a food truck at the 982 Food Yard in Princeton. It’s nice to have pizza in the area that doesn’t come from a chain. I will definitely be back to try more of his fabulous pizzas.

Yes! I was shouting after my first bite! Real ingredients great taste awesome! I ordered the carnivore and it was fantastic, they had the pizza ready in 5 minutes I love the fact that he uses fresh basil right off the plant in the window. I’m definitely coming back I hope that they open 7 days a week very soon
