Nice little BBQ spot. Had dinner there tonight with the family. It’s small, but the food is seriously good. Prices weren’t too bad, or too great. It did feel like a good amount of food, so can’t complain too much. The brisket and chili were just amazing. I didn’t have room left for the rest.

Wish I could give negative stars. Just purchased a brisket and pulled pork sandwich from the truck parked outside of Shady Maple today. This was absolutely the worst brisket I’ve ever had. Extremely tough meat with zero flavor. The meat was so tough had to pull extremely hard to get it to tear. The fat was the same. It was not soft. Even the fat cap was still hard. The pulled pork was not much better. It needed copius amounts if sauce to even eat.

First visit. The brisket was moist and tender, good smoke, the slicing was inconsistent, but much better than average BBQ. Would definitely go back for another visit. Conveniently located off the linear trail- (walk off the delicious calories)

Folks this is Texas style (real pit smoked) BBQ! If you can’t get to Texas for BBQ, this is your PA alternative. The brisket is done right. Cold slaw is excellent. The baked beans are outstanding, some of the best I’ve ever had! Ran by good honest friendly folks. I highly recommend!

Had Brewster’s cater for a company event. Great food, prompt delivery. We did the pulled pork, ribs, and brisket. With sides of BBQ beans (smoked with bacon and ground beef), mac & cheese, and coleslaw and dinner rolls. Will def use again! Thanks guys!

Very good, juicy, and beautifully smoked Louisiana-style BBQ coming straight from the smoker when bought. There a 2-3 beer garden-style tables in the back. Customers should bring a bit of patience with them, since the owner/operator slices the meats to order, operates the phone, etc without any additional support staff. The selection is limited to brisket, turkey breast, and pulled pork, served either by the pound or on a bread roll. There are a handful of sides available, all very tasty and made from scratch. Try ALL four BBQ sauces, they all are delicious and unique.

Amazing location, my wife got the pulled pork with beans and mac n cheese. I got a sampler with pulled pork, brisket, turkey and sausage along with beans and Mac n cheese and cornbread. It was all amazing! If there was a weak spot in any of it (and there wasn’t) – I would say the turkey could have been a tad moister. Portion sizes are way off the charts – I’ll get 3 meals out of the sampler I bought and my wife at least 2 out of hers. If this place hasn’t been on DDD yet it ought to be! Oh a bonus is that it’s literally off the wert – so you can ride your bike there and enjoy the ride as you look forward to a fantastic meal!
