Wasn’t sure what the hype was about and why you need a ticket to get in…. We could have sat outside with the heat lamps,, but decided on inside instead because it was really cold ! $23 for the glass of Cab was a bit ridiculous, but it was a decent Cab from Josh Cellars. Our waiter, DeShawn was great He didn’t rush us, but checked on us often to make sure we were good. The Truffle fries he recommended were a great starter and came with slivers of Parmesan cheese and ketchup AND mayo! I usually have to ask for mayo, so it was nice that it came with. We shared the Smoked Salmon Flatbread. OMG! It was delicious! Nice big pieces of salmon and trout roe and arugula. Yummy! I would definitely recommend it!

We visit the brewery off La Palma often and were excited to see a sign as we entered Honda Center so decided to head up for a pre-game drink. We were told only ticket holders with premium level access can access the bar. It doesn’t make sense that others cannot enter, disappointed. The door person called his manager and she escorted us to the bar. Hope they can change this policy.

What a scam! Absolute lousy food. They overcooked and burnt my meal and refused to offer me another, or a refund or apology. I spoke to the manager and his response was OK, have a nice day! I strongly suggest to eat elsewhere before attending an event at the Honda Center!

The food is pretty good but expensive. About what you would expect for food at a stadium. Definitely get the poutine and pretzel if they have it. The pizza you can pass on.

Drinks are great. Salad was good, sweet potato fries were amazing, the pizza wasn’t the best. Staff was attentive.

We have been Ducks Club Level season ticket holders for 14+ years. We haven’t eaten at the Shock Top terrace for several seasons, but the first several times we dined here after the grand opening were great experiences. Tonight, not so much! We arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation only to watch the last two indoor tables be given to people who checked in after us in line. One party didn’t even have a reservation. The hostess had no explanation for her actions, only offering an, “I am so sorry…” After agreeing to be seated outside, our server gave us incorrect information about a menu option, and when we asked for an explanation for the mistake after the dish arrived, she gave us a blank stare and no apology. The food was only mediocre, we had a margarita pizza (it had six slices and only three cherry tomatoes), a burrata cheese appetizer (the crisps were scorched) and truffle fries. We were most disappointed with the truffle fries. We remembered them being excellent from our past visits, tonight they were over-cooked. When you consider the price and the expectation set based on our past visits and the exclusivity of membership, tonight was a big disappointment. We have witnessed a major decline in both the quality of the food and service at every venue of the Honda Center in the last five seasons. We really hoped to be impressed with Shock Top tonight, but they let us down big time. We still love our Ducks, but we just can’t get excited about the food options at the Honda Center.

Great spot for drinks before whatever concert you’re going to.

If you don’t have a reservation, you can sit at the bar or outside. On a cold, busy night, outside is your only option. There were plenty of heaters around, but only half of them were lit. When we asked someone if they could light one up, they said, “If it’s off it’s because it’s out of gas.” That was pretty lame. We got (very stale and unsalted) chips and salsa, a margarita, and a 24 oz beer: $40. Added a shot of tequila for my margarita (which was obviously just about 100% mixer with no alcohol): $17. For Jimador. All-in-all, a huge rip-off and not much fun. I only gave two stars because the servers/bartenders were very friendly.

Pricey but convenient, especially if you are having drinks before a game/show. Get there early for Happy Hour…food is ok.
