On the downside, the pie was very floppy, and the toppings were way too light. Literally 1-2 mushrooms on a slice.
Service was below average. Wasn’t busy but the server was completely disinterested. Luckily a different server stopped by a couple of times to help us out.
With that said, it’s still a jarring customer experience to pay up for a quality pizza and get something frozen, and it would have been nice to have some transparency about that before purchase (which is why I left this review to begin with).

I paid 19 bucks for a meat lovers pizza, and then watched the dude at the counter unwrap a 12 inch frozen pizza…
As frozen pizzas go it was good, but not 19 dollars good. I probably would’ve gone somewhere else if I knew it wasn’t made fresh. Also had to pay for water.
Ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and a small order of wings. Easy enough. Ordered for pickup online in hopes of not making the kids have to wait around the restaurant. 40 minutes pass, go to the restaurant for pickup. Guys behind the counter are very apologetic, say sorry it’s gonna be another 20 minutes, please have a free salad from the fridge. Okay, no worries, the kids can wait a bit. Over AN HOUR PASSES. I’m pretty patient when it comes to waiting on food, but can’t stand it when people lowball a wait time. Kids are starving, have eaten the whole free salad, which is saying something. Mad costumers who have been waiting LONGER than us are piling up to check on their orders. One of the only TWO workers disappeared for well over 30+ minutes. I go to check on our order, the customer in front of us is asking about his singular pizza. The one guy left working looks in the ovens, not there, looks in the holding rack, not there. The customer is like “ummm maybe it’s that one on the counter?” And the worker (in the most stereotypically spaced out stoner way) goes “ooooh haha whoops, yeah that’s it”. Yikes. Bad look. I go to ask about our pizza, I said “hey man I know you’re busy but unless our pizza is IN the oven right now, I’m just gonna have to cancel my order, I need to get these kids to bed.”. It’s nowhere close to being in the oven but he tries to get me to stay. I ask if the wings have even been started on. Nope. I tell him, just give me a frozen pizza and refund the wings. After an hour and a half and being told we had a 20 minute wait, we leave with a FROZEN pizza and no wings. And guess what, I NEVER got that wing refund. This is also the 3rd time we’ve had to wait ridiculously long for an overpriced and small order. The only reason it’s not a 1 star review is because they were apologetic, but apologies isn’t gonna save your business guys. This is so disappointing. You need more workers and more ovens. At this rate, this business won’t last.
