The food is okay but the service is just terrible. I have been coming for years and my past visit was by far the worst. So disappointing. The wait was over 10 minutes just for drinks when the restaurant was not even busy. Met my waitress once! But also had four or five different faces. Order was wrong. How do you mess up a burger?! I will be needing a break from this location.

Really good food, great service. The only issue I had that the hostess had to clean the table before we got seated and the table top was really wet and I had to ask for paper towels to dry it my self. Otherwise everything was fine.

Worst service ever! Ordered a Miller Lite 8 minutes later did not get a Miller Lite then bartender tried to argue with me and tell me that the dark colored beer was there Miller Lite. Hostess was great everything else sucked! Got up and walked out when no one came back!

Kevin was our server. He understood very well that we wanted some time to relax and unwind and have a few drinks before ordering any food. Good thing, cuz the drink service was very slow. But, in Kevin’s defense, there did not seem to be many servers on duty and they were a little busy. All the food and drinks we had were very good. We both ordered the current promotion “3 for $11.99” combo which included a salad an appetizer and an entree. I was not very happy that the appetizer and entree was brought to the table a whopping two minutes after the salad was served. It was a very long wait to get the salad, again they were little busy, and I don’t think the kitchen was running very efficiently. Obviously, ideally you would have received your appetizer then when you were done your salad and then when you were done your dinner and not everything piled in front of you at one time. Other than that it was a good time!

The service was better than in the past. However I had to wait for a table to be cleaned off, 1 of the 13! Yes 13 tables were empty and had to be cleaned for every party getting seated after us! This Applebee’s has a high turnover, I’m going to say it’s location is very good, however the clientele are ALWAYS looking for items off their checks & if it’s not that, the tips are horrendous ( 5% ) if a server is lucky. Food was hot, and again our service was very good!

I have visited this restaurant often over the past 3 years and there are good and bad visits. However my past three visits have not been good at all. The first of the last three I ordered the 3 course meal and had my entree to go. While I ate the appetizer the bartender argued with another worker and told them they need to go find another job. I took my food home only to realize the chicken was still raw in the middle. I completed the survey and have not heard anything about it. My second visit was during lunch in which the same bartender told me and a coworker about an arguement she was having with another coworker in the kitchen. We ordered the same 3 course deal. We waited 20 minutes just to get our salad. When the salad came the bartender blamed the same person she was arguing with stating they never told her the order was ready. My visit today was not that bad but it showed me that there is very little teamwork here. It was not busy yet I witnessed multiple customers leave because no one came to seat them. My food was cold and I only ordered a appetizer so I am not sure why it would be cold. Overall I think there is a lack in care and teamwork. I normally don’t detail my displeasure but when I read the other comments it all made sense.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a patron margarita shaker that was served with a mini glass not a martini glass like it was supposed to come and when I poured my margarita it only filled the mini glass half way. I told my server, he went to tell the manager and the manager didn’t even care. His response was it’s supposed to be like that to my server. The manager never checked in on us or cared to come talk to us about the drink. We felt like we were the inconvenience. We won’t be back. Waste of money. And food took forever with barely anyone in the restaurant. Horrible management period.

I will admit, the food was good, service was very very slow! Water with lemon came out just water, no lemon. There were 4 of us sharing appetizers, they set it in the middle of the table and walked away, no plates. Food came, it was good but server never came back to ask how things were, if more drinks were needed or to clear table of dishes. We were going to get dessert but it took so long to just get a box for my son’s sandwich we said forget it and went somewhere else! Very disappointed!

This location is very slow… the waitress was very nice but she was overwhelmed. It took over 3 hours to get our food and when it came some of it was burnt. They tried to replace it… but the replacement order never came. The manager did offer some compensation; however, this was the 3rd time I had an issue at this location. I’m pretty sure I will not return.
