The service is amazing..Drive thru or delivery, im always met with a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing these awesome ladies every day. They know my order when even I need to double check the menu to remember what I get. I’ve tried many other places, and when it comes to service, drink quality, AND affordability, I’ll choose Brents every time! Cup quality is just fine. I have yet to spill my drink in my car 🙂

Chelsey was so friendly and patient taking our order. She made my caramel iced coffee just the way I asked – not too sweet – and I loved the homemade cinnamon roll she recommended, too. Prices are so much better than other coffee chains. Plan to stop here whenever we’re in town!

Coffee is decent. However, it’s been 3 times now that their lids and cups have come apart and spilled all me and my car. Never had an issue at any other establishment. I would recommend they atart using a quality cup and lid.

Great place friendly service! Only thing is on weekends they NEED to have 2 people or more working they always are extremely busy and only 1 person working seems like. Also they need to list the different flavors of energy drinks they use to have a sign but not anymore. But all in all worth the wait on the weekends! I will always come back for more energy drinks and coffee!!

Switching back and forth from the app and punch cards is a really neat trick to scam people out of their free drinks. Also hanging a piece of paper up doesn’t do much when you have people like me that don’t buy your energy drinks everyday. So no I did not see the sign you made. I saw a sign about raising your prices AGAIN. But no sign about the app. You lost my business 100%.

I asked for a Chai latte blended. I was told they don’t make them blended only hot or iced. So I accepted an iced. I thought I was drinking Chalk. Picture of the Chai.
I tried a blended caramel Frappuccino. Was not happy the first time so i tried it again to give it another chance. It tasted like a cup of coffee blended with ice. No caramel, not sweet, very disappointing.
The kids DO enjoy their smoothies which is what we will stick to from now on. Please add some sweet drinks for those of us who want to support you. I would love to change my 3 stars to a 5.

Your drinks are amazing but I wish you would bring back I Frankenstein iced coffee back I would get 3-4 drinks a day now I’m down to one I need my Frankenstein, amazing coffee

The reason for less stars is because someone who buys one drink per visit gets a punch each time, but I go and buy 2 or more and only recieve 1 punch also. You would think you would keep it 1 punch per drink to keep it fair, but I get punished for buying more than one per visit. Usually places reward for spending more not punish. Don’t go here much anymore for that reason.
