This place is my new favorite fast food restaurant! The workers there are always so kind and polite. I usually come through drive-thru with my white Boxer dog named Sparrow which the staff may remember. He always gets lots of attention and pup cups which he laps up before we leave the parking lot. LoL My favorite meal to order is the Garlic Parmasean Burger combo meal. It’s always delicious! The fresh fresh are amazing! So are the doughnuts My only complaint is that there are NO Spangles in Louisville, Ky… Ha ha! I love Spangles!

My family and I enjoy eating at Spangels. The only issue that I have is the padding of numbers they always make you pull up and it takes longer than 5 minutes because they forget about you but I guess having fresh food is worth it.

Food is always spot on. Service however was lack luster this time sadly. In fact when I walked in, the shift manager was repeating the “F” word because the fries were cold and it was busy. Not seeing me of course and then upon noticing my presence she nodded and said .. I said Fudge. No judgement sister, just wish the face of customer service now a days had even enough respect for themselves to keep the language clean. Not only for the customer who is #1 and doesn’t want to hear that but also so you don’t look unprofessional.

Great philly so it went up a buck. Lunch for breakfast. But most locations these kids wont give effort to put arm out the window for payment or hand food out. You have to stretch they stick only hand out window. This has to be policy it happens at all locations.
