Located on the 3rd level of the mall.
Have hard copy menu for us to browse the food and the order was placed using iPad.
Wide variety of food available.
Food was served fast.
Food was good. Up to my expectations.
Service was prompt.
The cup was never empty, the refill of the tea was done fast.
There was a 80 mins dining time limit.
You could have the option to return the wet tissue, to deduct the bill.
Overall experience was good.

Managed to catch the mofusand & sushi tei collab and the decorations around the restaurant were so cute!
We celebrated our friend’s birthday at the restaurant and the staff even gave us free ice cream for our celebration. Staff was really friendly and we had a wonderful time dining at this sushi tei

This was my 2nd time at this outlet. I must say that the experience with the food was very disappointing. Hope Sushitei will take this feedback constructively.
I have been to Sushitei at Thomson Plaza many times and HollandV, and i can see a stark difference in food quality. To compare apple to apple, i think the Niku Udon at the NEX outlet really cmi (refer to photo. It’s not a good photo but it’s the only one i took and have of the niku udon). Correct me if im wrong, but the soup is supposed to be clear or at least clearer? This was not and it’s full of oil. 2ndly, look at the beef slices, they come with a lot of fats as well – Not a good cut of beef. And lastly, the onsen egg served was almost raw. I mean really really – the NEX kitchen needs to up their game!! Do what is right and don’t wait for customers to point it out pls!

First time dining at sushi tei and the experience is really good as a whole. Went during the mofusand event!! Staffs were helpful and proactive with the table service. Food tasted rich and flavourful.

Went to Nex sushi tei for family dinner and received excellent service from Ms Sherlene who served us with patience and speed, along with a smile at all times, even though the restaurant was busy at that time. Ms Sherlene is also very attentive to our needs and wants without us needing to call for assistance. Sushi tei should recognise and reward this friendly staff! Keep it up! Will make sure to pay a visit again
