Had dinner here today and had a great meal with the family. I have ordered delivery multiple times from here before and food was always fresh, but never opted for a review since it was delivery. Also not many Mexican restaurants offer free chips and salsa anymore but they do here so that was nice to see. Some local businesses nowadays definitely overcharge or have high credit card fees and this is one of them that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. They have a 4% surcharge so bringing cash is recommended.

The giant tray of tacos is my new favorite thing to order here. 3 different meats, chips, guac, fresh limes and salsa makes for a fantastic family dinner. And the tacos were completely loaded to the brim – no skimping on meat here.

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant. We ordered torta bistec was delicious, authentic taste. The pollo tamales was good, I prefer steak tamales. The papaya shake reminds me of mom’s recipe.

Solid choice for authentic Mexican food. The restaurant is simple but decorated nicely. The waitstaff is polite. All of our meals have always been excellent; fresh food, large portions and a good value for what you get. My only gripe is the parking situation but that’s not really avoidable in this part of Dover.
There are plenty of Mexican options in the area but Brenda Lee’s provides a great value for excellent food. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious. I especially love the chorizo tostadas.

Me and my partner ordered chicken quesadillas and we each received 3 weird tacos with mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, and a repulsive amount of sour cream. No chicken in sight. Certainly not like any quesadilla I’ve ever eaten.

This is hands down the best mexican food i’v had since moving to Jersey. I got the birria tacos and a jamaica drink. The tacos had so much flavor and just the right amount of heat, the beef was so tender, the ingredients all super fresh, the consume was incredible, and they are very generous with the portion sizes. The Jamaica was sweet and tart and very refreshing. I don’t have one negative critique this was just sooo good.

Pretty upset about the customer service experience! Ordered lemonade, and they told me they didn’t have any. But when it was time to pay, they did yo I could see all the lemons! It’s obvious they don’t want to make it and are hiding behind the ‘busy’ excuse. This has been going on for a while now – same thing happened two days in a row this week. Not about being busy, it’s about not caring about customer requests! Customer service should be a priority!
