My pregnant wife was craving a good sandwich after church, so we headed straight to Charley’s at Battlefield Mall — and it did not disappoint! Cravings satisfied!
The fries were amazing: fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. Her sandwich was just the right portion and seasoned really well. Our order came out fast, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Prices are affordable too, and the place is comfortable and convenient being inside the mall.
Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving something tasty and satisfying!

Oh my gosh this was so delicious! I had a traditional, and the vegetables were so fresh and vibrant and the bread was so soft! Absolutely delicious. We also had their cheese fries which were amazing as well. The staff was so great and working on Valentines Day can’t be super fun. But they had a smile on their face the entire time. I will 100% be back!

They told us it’s procedure to put the cheese fries on top of the wings ? My boyfriend was watching them make his food and the fry cook threw his fries on top of his wings and my boyfriend asked him to put them in a separate container and the kid said “it’s procedure “ to put the LOADED ULTIMATE fries in the same box as the wings regardless of the fact that they had nacho cheese and ranch on them. They made a new order of the ultimate fries but still gave him the same wings with fries and nacho cheese all over them. Loved this place very very disappointed in our experience:(

I miss the old owners. I was sold some time ago, my wife and I have ate here a few times since. This last time was the worst. The person taking orders barely spoke English took me four times of saying the order for them to get it. The meat was cooked at too low of a temperature so it was soggy. They changed the seasoning or didn’t use seasoning. The meat didn’t even cover the bun. This place is awful. They also added wings and stuff which they wouldn’t have needed to do had they just properly stayed with the already successful business model. I predict this business will fail soon. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

This was the second wasted trip in recent weeks. The counter has been closed 20–30 minutes before the posted 7PM closing time, with staff declining service. If there’s a shift change or last-service cutoff, it should be clearly posted online and on the door. Please honor your hours or update them so customers aren’t turned away early.

I was at the mall and decided to eat at Charleys Cheese steaks since it’s been many years since last did. They did not disappoint , their cheese steaks are just as yummy as I remembered and prices are still very fair ! If you’re ever at Battlefield Mall I recommend trying them out !

The chicken philly was horribly made the bread was ripped in half then filled on one side it wasn’t even toasted and was super chewy. They were scared of peppers, onions, and seasoning the fries were just sad they put nothing on them. Would 100 pass and just got to Jersey mikes or subway.

I love eating here, and do so often! I can’t help but feel like I’m overpaying every time I come! You spend over $10 on a large sub and usually they don’t- but sometimes- they skimp on the meat/veggies. Spend about $5 on fries and the box is half full… maybe I’m being a stickler, but I expected just a little more.

Terrible customer service. I walked up to the counter and interrupted the worker and her friends conversation so she paid no attention when taking my order she put ice in both my drinks after I said no ice. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak that’s what I paid for when I got home I had chicken And their phone number doesn’t work. You can’t call them at all.
