First time in Grand Junction and this Hawaiian restaurant was clean and great Hawaiian vibe, the parking is small, you share w other businesses. No seating inside. It’s kinda a grab and go.
We ordered Maui fries and it was SO good! My son had the musubi he said it was ok and my husband got the loco moco he said it was good too. Will stop by again when we’re in the area.

Delicious! Late night order from the CMU games but made the pick up just in time. Was questioning it due to the last “of the food” from the day. One bite, rolled off my tongue SO fresh & delicious! I got the Maui Tuna, wow wow wow 5 star

The guys working here were so friendly and helpful! I didn’t even know this place existed so we stopped in to look at the menu(we didn’t plan on ordering anything) we ended up with two masubi! One regular and one panko crusted they were so fresh and yummy!! My husband, my three year old and I left full and happy!

Absolutely amazing experience at Ekahi Grill! The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The customer service was just as impressive — Toney went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend Ekahi Grill if you’re looking for great food and even better

I highly recommend eating elsewhere. There is no seating, no public restrooms, the display cases are all empty and therecare no menus available. Being very hungry, l chose the suggested “popular” dish, the maui chicken bowl. Seeing a very dry, breaded chicken and plain white rice, I requested soy sauce. The guy refused, telling me to try it first. I had L&L Hawaiian BBQ in mind and Ekahi fell far short.

Mediocre quality, very inexpensive food at outrageous prices. Their website is broken, the only menu online has grossly inaccurate prices. If you don’t know how easy this stuff is to cook and you like to allow them profit at incredibly ridiculous rates, then this might be your place!

Eating at Ekahi has been a once in a while delicious treat. When they first opened, I was blown away by the food, freshly cooked on a full bed of delicious cabbage. Today’s meal…beyond ugh. The pork was disgustingly salty. So overly salted that we had to throw it out. The chicken was crusted like it had been sitting under a convenience store heat lamp for a few too many hours, and there were only a few measly pieces of cabbage included in the box. Was this a seriously unfortunate meal, or has the quality declined this much? I’m very sad, because I will not take a chance at eating here again.

Absolutely top-tier! I’ve been coming here for poke for over six years, and it never disappoints. The Maui Poke is my personal favorite—fresh, flavorful, and consistent every time. Finally, this town has a spot serving real quality poke, so much better than having to settle for the mid fast food like Jimmy John’s next door.

Delicious! We got the Mermaid tea (I did not expect lavender and pineapple to be a good combination but it was!) and two “bowls.” I got the North Shore Shrimp, which was crispy, sweet, and savory with the tails still on. The sauce reminded me a bit of sweet and sour sauce. My boyfriend got the Hawaiian Style Poke bowl, which is raw Ahi tuna. The fish was unbelievably fresh (do they have a secret tuna tank?) and well-seasoned. Both were served on top of white rice. The wait time was about 20 minutes for the food, but it was Friday night and a new business (only a few staff members) but it was 100% worth it and the beachy atmosphere was very enjoyable and the wait for our drinks was only 5 minutes. Looking forward to going again!

For a grab and go place this spot is awesome! It’s all take out, no in dining but that’s okay cause with all the college kids I wouldn’t like to have the surrounding areas all of a sudden swarmed. Juicy and crispy meats, good sized portions for the price and they’re always trying something new. Poke Nachos are great, Volcano Chicken never fails to satisfy and on the fries it’s even better. It’s enough food for 2 but definitely call ahead cause they take a while to get them good and crispy so i recommended calling ahead or you could be waiting 15 minutes but I’m always satisfied any time I come here. Keep it up boys,Tony you da man!
