terrible service. waited forever to get açaí bowl but was told it’s self serve and there’s no toppings. next time i will save myself the time and go to miranda bread. they are much quicker and kinder there. not to even mention i wasted my entire lunch break standing in there.

I ordered a cake for a coworker for the time to be picked up at 1pm! Happen that my office had no water so the office was close so I was going to cancel the cake. I called at 7:40am to confirm if the cake wasn’t made so we can cancel the order. One of the staff confirmed that the cake was indeed ready and even mention the colors and the design, so I was ok whatever I’ll just get the cake since it’s done and figure out what to do with, so when I went to pick up at 8:40am staff tells me that the cake wasn’t ready. I drove 20 mins out of the way to go get my “ready” cake for them to later try to justify how my time to pick up as at 1. I though it was very unprofessional to lie to a customer and I didn’t even get an apology.

I ordered an Açaí bowl and I had to ask twice when they would be done making it. The second time around that I had asked, the employee did not know that I had ordered it in the first place. They are disorganized and have poor communication. I ordered it at 9:07pm and they served me after complaining twice at 9:39pm. The place was not busy.

My husband and I went this place 3 times. We were attended by a girl, with blond hair, very friendly, named Dani. She was very helpful and always with the smile on her face. Unfortunately the other day we came back , was told to us that she’snot longer working over there. The x-bacon sandwich very good and tasty. I recommend. Looking forward to try other Brazilian partries.

Very disappointed at this place. Came to visit family from New Jersey and came to eat a burger from a well recommendation and as soon as we pulled up the parking lot, they rushed and locked the front doors and closed the shades. Very unprofessional! The door and website says they close at 11pm and they we were there at 10pm. When we approached the door they said they are now closing early. (Update your website and put a sign up!!!). Its very unprofessional to close the door on a customer’s face. Will never return and will tell my family to never return!
