We’ve been ordering from Bravos since they opened. We’ve ordered countless items and this is the first time I’ve felt the food was so bad that I needed to say something. We’ve had several times that we needed to call and complain to them, in the past couple years and they’ve always been good about getting us a credit to use the next time. The food is NOTHING like it used to be. Tonight we had eggplant and chicken parmesan and it was tasteless and warm at best. You used to get it and it was drowning in red sauce that was so hot it would melt the plastic fork. Today we struggled to find sauce, not to mention that when you cut it the cheese held its shape because it was cold. Lastly, they always have a nice warm loaf of bread with the order. We got two loaves of “croutons” tonight. As I attempted to pull the slices apart and put some butter on it, to soften it up, it just crumbles to pieces. This is sad to see since the original owner worked so hard to create a good name and I hope that they will do better in the future. The o Lu reason this gets two stars is because the delivery driver was very friendly. For now, we will go elsewhere.

The owner Dale is an amazing, kind hearted man. I see how much work he puts in every time I go there, I love the food and to everyone who doesn’t then it’s just not your taste or you should try something else. They have good deals and are completely affordable, I mean it’s not like we’re going to McDonald’s, they are a nice restaurant and do have the prices of a normal restaurant. It is gorgeous in there and Dale will usually come and talk to us when he’s not too busy. They have amazing Alfredo and I absolutely love the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. Try it out!

I did not even know this place was out here until my son told me to try it. I can not say enough about this place. I went in after taking a break from staining my deck with dried stain on my clothes for lunch, they were so welcoming! I normally do not order burgers anywhere but I did not want a whole pizza so I took a chance and ordered one wow the best burger I could not have grilled a burger this good. The only problem I had was that the menu is very small print. I could not read it so I told the waitress what I wanted and later the boss came over and said to me “we value our customers I would have gladly read you our menu at your table”. Wow like really who does this??? They do! They sure care about every aspect of your visit. I will return time and time again the place also looked wonderful inside! Great job

I go in there probably once a week, it’s very relaxing to sit in the dining room, the owner has done a wonderful job, kind of upset they are moving but the owner said all the decor should be the same at the new place. I have had nothing but great experiences there. All of the girls who work up front are lovely and I always see them running around helping everyone. I just wanted to post this so you know it’s a great place to eat and very family friendly

Very disappointed in our experience tonight. I was working late, so my husband brought dinner home for me when he took our daughter out to eat earlier in the evening. He ordered me a sausage, mushroom, and onion calzone. When I got home from work, I discovered they’d made my calzone with onion, sausage, and giardiniera instead. My calzone was soaked in oil from the giardiniera and was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. Unfortunately, it was at closing by the time I got home to eat, but I called to let them know and asked if I could just get it made right the next day. The girl on the telephone was super sweet, apologetic, and professional but informed me her boss was only willing to credit us half the total of the calzone, not remake it. I thanked her, told her it wasn’t her fault, and that we just won’t be back. We’ve dined in and ordered numerous times since moving to the area recently. One time, the owner even came over to our table and boasted how much better he does things than the original Bravo owner and how all his ingredients are the finest of Chicago, “no expense spared”. It seems to me that a business owner that sure of himself would train his management to handle a situation like this better than crediting a customer half the amount for an order that was made incorrectly. Hopefully, they do better for the next customer. Thank you, however, to whoever answered the phone when I called. She was very kind and professional.

Also missing chicken from the Alfredo which manager did say she would give me a store credit for or remake but given the quality was not interested. However my breaded chicken sandwich was defended by her and Aside from the obvious bought at a grocery store frozen chicken patties. The lack of attempt at any quality, which is astounding, baffles me the most.

Prices on the menu blacked out, was told u had 2 use a qr code 2 get menu prices, 2 expensive 2 make new menu. Wow. Got a Ruben sandwich, not great no sides with it 4 $11.25. Much better at Arby’s for $4.00

Once again pizza and mozzarella sticks were delivered cold. We were told about a hour and it took longer. Delivery driver did apologize, stated some people didn’t show up for work. I understand how finding good help is tough to find. Decided to try to order from them again after having the same issue occurred. I guess my bad and will definitely be ordering from Mascatos in the future.
