This was one of those “where have you been all my life” situations. I love the old fashioned feel of this place which makes me think of McDonald’s in the 90’s or other similar restaurants. The neon lights and the classic feel would look great during a ring day or during the snow. The crinkled fries were great but the chicken tenders were fantastic. Plus the chocolate frozen yogurt was delicious. Lastly, the service was very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I highly enjoyed eating here and has now been bettered in my top 5 most favorite fast food joints I’ve ever been to. Easily a 4.5/5 ranking from my personal experience.

Love braums. Their milk products and bread are so good. Never tried their combo meals. Among ice creams, brownie fudge sundae was awesome. Check date before purchase. These are truly fresh product with short shelf life.

6 stars if I could. We love ice cream and this local favorite was amazing. My son told me to get strawberry and I had to get Rocky Road as it looked like my childhood favorite (from Thirfty’s in Pasadena). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their ice cream or shake.

Disappointed in this braums location. The employees are rude and talk amongst themselves while ignoring customers. No one greeted us when we entered and waited in long without being acknowledged by staff. The cashier didn’t smile and rolled her eyes, barely said anything to us. Very rude. It wasn’t even that busy. We won’t go vac to this location.

Terrible service. I love braums especially for a sweet treat. Walked in went up to get ice cream and waited ten minutes while all the employees just ignored the long line waiting. Every employee that was asked how long was the wait said sorry I’m working the drive thru. I would rate zero stars if I could.

My family favorite place. We love ice creams and breakfast. Very quiet place, fast made for us. Employees are super friendly and nice, they always have a big smile on their faces no matter when we are in.

I’ve always loved Braums, ever since it was my first job and im still a fan! I always go for my fave gallon ice cream flavor which is always in stock. Im always greeted and checked out by a friendly employee no matter which location I go to. I hope they’re always around.

Their products are all excellent and it is obvious that the manager at this operation has worked hard to create a true culture of excellence in customer service. Nice place to enjoy a burger or salad. I enjoyed their spicy chicken salad. Normally comes with cottage cheese and drink. They have a small grocery store inside with decent prices to shop after eating. Their bag of burgers is a good deal also.
