There was no wait when we went in the evening and our waiter was quick and efficient. He kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed. We love their chips and salsa, and we ordered ribs and the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. They both came out hot and delicious. Our only complaint about our visit was that it was a bit chilly in the restaurant. Other than that, everything else was great!

Just a preface: I’m only 19 and rarely leave reviews but this was worth talking about.
When we first started ordering I had the server (name is Moe) read back to us what we ordered to ensure everything was correct. When it was my friend’s turn to confirm, who has special needs by the way, the server was reading the order to him. My friend was clearly not paying attention and had his head turned. When my friend did not respond to the server, the server proceeded to visibly roll his eyes, and shake his head with a visibly disgusted look in from of us. When I got my food both me and my friend’s order were partially wrong despite us double checking that they got the right thing written down. The food was at least hot, but I always get the same order and this triple dipper was super bland and very undercooked.

June 2025 Review update – visited again and this time requested Quentin as our server. He is the best server and always makes sure our drink, chips, napkins, and needs are met. I’d recommend going there if he’s your server. Updating rating from. My 1 star review to a 5 star. This could change based upon service and food quality. Having a competent server makes the world a difference.

We visit Chili’s about once a month, so we are familiar with either good or bad service. This particular trip was anything but good. My family of 5 + 1 were seated after several other people who arrived after us. Granted, they were parties of 4 or less. It was still noticeable that we ‘had’ to wait. Upon sitting down, the waitress seemed dutiful but later proved otherwise. We ordered drinks and appetizers. This is usually the time when appetizers come out and my kids can enjoy the chips and salsa. Not this time. More than 10 minutes later, we get the chips and salsa with our drinks. Please note that it wasn’t that busy as many open booths and tables were available. Not 2 minutes after getting our appetizers, our dinners arrived. So now we are scrambling to find table room as our chips didn’t even have a dent into them. We started eating, and of course, the meals were clearly not fresh and luke warm. We requested refills and some condiments. 15 minutes later, she finally remembered us, but our meals were done while we all shared drinks among us. It was a disappointing experience, which made me feel that Chili’s doesn’t have their priorities in the right place. Byball means try them for yourself, but I’d avoid any low to moderate busy times as service and quality severely diminish during those times. Oh yeah, and the chili appetizer we had to get because the enchilada soup was ‘out’ was too spicy and inedible.

We have been regulars to this restaurant chain for years, and have never had such a terrible experience ANYWHERE as we had tonight. I chose to come here for my birthday dinner. We waited 15-20 minutes to be seated, which wasn’t terrible, but waited until 10 to even be greeted by our servers. They took another 5 minutes to bring our drinks and chips after we ordered them. They told us if we participated in their current promotion we would get chips and salsa free. We did the requested items but never got the email to redeem the free item and later had to have them removed from our check, as well as a charge for games we never played on their card reader. We finished the first basket of chips and sat with no food or drinks or ANY attention from our servers for at least 10 minutes. They finally brought a second basket of chips and some refills. The chips were stale and soggy and gross, but we were hungry. We waited again for a very long time for our food, and when our server brought our plates she actually asked me to cut into my steak to make sure it hadn’t over cooked as it had been sitting under the heat lamp for SO long. Both of our meals were just horrible. He got the fajita trio. The meat was bland and flavorless. The rice was crunchy. The side of beans was dry and crusty. The cheese for toppings was crunchy and dry, and the guacamole was turning brown. I got a ribeye steak that was 85% fat and inedible, and the parts that were actually meat were not consistent with how they were cooked. Some raw, some well done. The meat was room temperature and had no flavor. The “loaded” mashed potatoes were just instant potatoes with a little cheese melted on top and a few crumbles of bacon and chives. They also were bland and after a few bites I couldn’t eat them anymore. The broccoli was unavailable due to a recall, so I chose asparagus instead. The flavor was better than anything else on my plate, but it was wilted and old and stale. Our servers seemed more concerned with giving us boxes for the food we weren’t eating than they were keeping up with drinks or anything else. After they left a few on the table they disappeared a long time again and we had to wait another long time to fix our check so we could pay and leave. We didn’t take any of our food or chips home with us. This was honestly the biggest waste of $70 and the most disappointing birthday dinner EVER. Bad enough we won’t be going back.

I waited 15 mins for my server to come to my seat. She took my drink order and never returned. I asked another server for a menu. 10 mins later I had a menu. No one ever came to bring me my drink order take a food order. After 30 mins of sitting I got up and left.

Mikel wad so polite and attentive, the kitchen needs some managing, the food was so salty it peeled my tongue, and I mean everything, the chips, burger was salty and burned, mushrooms salty, ribs salty. We both barely made our home 4 miles away and got sick right away. The last time we went was 6 months ago, we have it a try again, and we won’t be back. The waitress is fantastic!!

Chili’s has their system fine-tuned. Drinks and chips are at your table in what feels like less then a minute after the wait staff asks what you want. Food is okay.

Honestly, what a disappointment from the moment we sat down until we left, the waitress’s service was inefficient. They didn’t offer us anything as a starter; when our food was brought to us, it was completely cold and without sauce. They even charged me for the small salad I ate as if I had eaten the large one. I couldn’t even put my opinion in the vending machine at the table. I tried to get the manager, but apparently he wasn’t available. Chili’s, every customer who enters a restaurant pays for the service and food. Nothing is free, so you expect excellent service! Unfortunately, I give it a zero for everything!

We went here on a Wednesday for my best friends bday dinner.
It was a group of 8 people we were seated pretty quick.
Right away our waitress asked for drinks and appetizers.
They have a lot of options a lot of good food!
The only downside is that they don’t do complimentary bday dessert you actually have to sign up for their rewards AND it takes a few weeks to get there.
When we got there the server told us to sign up and we would get the reward right away – well that wasn’t the case and they charged us for them 8.99 each as we were celebrating 2 bdays.
We explained to them what we were told and the manager made it right.
They also ran out of salsa for the chips and salsa which I found odd.
