They burn my steak egg and cheese bagel every single time and as rude as they are I don’t even feel comfortable asking them to remake it waste of 11 dollars
Let’s do an update I returned against my better judgment (cause I was starving)10/27/24 and once again same thing and it slip my mind to check it before I leave but it was completely brunt again I called back this time and spoke with Robin which she apologized and said I got your name returned whenever and I’ll replace your meal……
Fast forward to today I went back and explained to the manager showed her the receipt and the pictures she said Robin is not here we don’t have a book of names and what is she supposed do….then said I’ll replace your sandwich you have to pay for the rest at this point I’m over this McDonald’s it’s a compete joke I wish I could give zero stars….and the sandwich was brunt again today

I ordered & paid via the app for no cheese on 2 Chicken Ranch wraps. At the drive thru speaker I gave my order # & it was verified no cheese on the wraps. I pulled up to the window for receipt & person handed me the receipt & verified the order. I moved to the next window & they tried to give me another order. I showed them my receipt & I got my order. I drove away. I was on my way out of town & quite a ways down the road when I pulled a wrap out & discovered it had cheese. The sticker on the wrap showed no cheese. I opened up the other wrap & the same. Cheese but no lettuce! Please check your order even if you have to hold up the line! I definitely will think twice about ordering from here again!

I ordered a Big Mac and fries. I get to work the sandwich is missing all condiments. Only cheese and a squirt of sauce. Take it back. They “remake” it. I get back to work the sandwich is cold and nasty. Like they threw the stuff on the one I brought in and handed it back. I’m so annoyed because I normally have good service there and now I’m at work still hungry. Also why they got 3 stars.

****GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!*** I placed a mobile order and pulled into the pickup spot, but the app wouldn’t let me notify staff that I had arrived. I went inside to pick up my order, but it wasn’t at the pickup window, and no one would help me.
I asked multiple employees to check my order and was either ignored or told they were too busy while they continued helping DoorDash drivers. The cashier eventually closed the register without explanation and walked away, leaving several customers waiting. Another customer even told me this happens regularly.
I finally went through the drive-thru and spoke to the manager, who said my order never came in. However, the app showed my order as completed, as if I had already picked it up, and I was charged for food I never received. No one took responsibility or helped resolve the issue.
Terrible service, poor communication, and a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I wish I could leave zero stars! Crappy food & service! Staff was soooooo rude! Many problems….just one was 6pancakes with 1st rip! They didn’t want to give us another one, and literally argues with us! TERRIBLE!! Never will b back to that location!!!!!!

Ask the lady was there cookies up she told me yes . I said because I have to pick my daughter up and do not have time to wait . Got to the second window they asked me to pull up . Ordered at 8:07pm it is 8:26pm and I am still sitting outside waiting for 3 cookies . They clear a whole entire drive thru line . I went back around the drive thru they told me 5 more mins it eventually hit 9pm and I pulled off without the cookies

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the Indy area. Every single time I order from here they always mess up the order. And the unprofessional lady with a nose ring needs to be fired. She was very condescending and rude when I asked her about my order and never went to get the food. I had to basically go behind the counter before someone was willing to help find my food. This store needs help big time.

i ordered cookies 3 of them and when i got them they was cold. i ordered though the drive through and asked for them to be hot and they gave them to me cold, like not even warm. i asked for them to redo them and she put them in the microwave for 5 sec like bruh ….. this why yall shouldn’t let blank run a restaurant. i said wat i said prove me wrong.

I don’t know what changed between April 2024 and August 2024, but the significant DROP in the service and food quality is ASTOUNDING. Workers only know how to say “anything else” in between individual items now, don’t confirm orders, and are constantly wrong now. I don’t come to MD very often unless I’m very busy and need to get something quickly, and I typically get a double hamburger. Even after specifying “NO CHEESE” after ordering a double hamburger, they have gotten this wrong the past 9/10 times. Fries are stale and never fresh (which is why I was originally very pleased with this location back in April 2024) and my last straw was receiving a very obviously moldy bun today. I don’t know how this was possibly missed but there is no excuse because of how obviously visible this is. I don’t understand how a restaurant can make mistakes this often and THIS BAD.
