Not friendly staff at all, and if you ask them for a sauce or napkins they give them to you like if you are begging for free food. My burger tasted good but their service ruined it.

It is nice to have an option other than McDonalds (across the street) when on a long road trip. It has a small fresh market store attached where one can get some fruit or salad or ice cream. The day we stopped, the place was full of thanksgiving road tripping families. They line was long but they had plenty of staff on hand and the wait was not very long. We just had simple cheeseburger combo meals-nothing exciting taste wise , but they were served hot and got our order right. The perk? The combo meal came with a free upgrade to a milkshake, earning brownie points for the traveling teenager.

Went through thr drive through, half way through my order 2 people switched while taking the order. Messed most of the order up, I’m pretty sure I got over charged but that was the least of my worries.

Ice cream is other worldly. The French fry dipping sauce was orgasmic, I could feel my sweatpants getting tighter. Had to walk out with a tray covering my lap as to avoid embarrassment. Will easy there again, just not while I’m chaperoning a church youth group.

The bagel omelet was really good. Was made wrong at first and they fixed it. But it didn’t have the bacon I had ordered in it the second time. And I didn’t feel like waiting for it again. I liked that they had raspberry tea and the Cashier was nice but seemed a little flustered and lost. The place seemed cleaned and well maintained.

Blackwell Braums never disappoints! I was in town on 10/3/25 for a class reunion. I’m sure they were swamped all day and we rolled in 10 minutes until closing. We offered to come back the next day, but the girl supervising the closing insisted we order. Our food was delicious, served with a smile, and made for a great night’s sleep!
