It’s usually awesome at this location. My husband ordered a half pound beef n cheddar. We went down the road, when I took it out if the bag, the box was soggy and folding. It already had arbys sauce all over it and the bun was soggy too. Totally inedible. Plus it wasn’t the half pounder. We live 1.5 hrs away and no time to return it. Very disappointed.

I’ve always been impressed with this Arby’s location. The staff of friendly but today the woman taking my order stopped in the middle of taking my order to talk to her colleague, she did apologize. The steak nuggets are good. When a new item comes out, be sure to ask if it’s available because they go quickly.

I tried to use a coupon and it did not go well. We had a coupon for 2 can dine for $9.99. We were given a total of $14 something and questioned that amount. Then we were given another total of $13 something that included a “discount”. You can see on the receipt when the $9.99 coupon was entered it rings up as $13.39. We ended up paying $12.79 which was also not correct.The cashiers need more training and the amounts listed in the system may be wrong.

Visited this Arby’s location for lunch and it was not bad. It is not a standalone, full-size restaurant but it has the full menu offered by other Arby’s locations. I got the roast beef, chicken nuggets, and fries. The food was good, the service was nice, and the visit was quick. I would visit this location again.

Traveled through town and stopped for a quick bite. The staff were so pleasant which is becoming more rare these days. Even when I asked to return my turnover for being under cooked I was met with kindness. The dining area was clean and so was the bathroom! Thanks for making this a great stop!

The Arbys on Johnson said they didnt have shakes. I went to the location on Parker RD. and not only made my shakes, but hand mixed them with a swizzel stick. I felt bad, but admired the work ethic. Great job guys

Food was hot and made well. Had to wait one one item but it was made to order so an extra 2 minutes is worth it. Service just like any other fast food place other than Chick-fil-A.

Stopped through there for lunch. Spent over $50 and had two beef and cheddar sandwiches missing, atleast we got enough of the order for the kids to eat. Slow service and obviously lacking in the accountability department, no use in turning around after 6 miles away. Do not recommend

Well, I’ve never had to leave a 1 star review before. The order being made wrong is understandable, to an extent. The fact they didn’t read the order at all is what gets me. No straws or sauce. Fries had to have ice still on them and again the sandwiches were ordered as mayo tomato only, yet came with everything ♂️ I tried to call the manager and they hung up and would not receive another call.. not even from another number! So I hope this let’s you all know why kind of customer service they offer, and what you can expect as far as getting it corrected.
