February 2023: We ordered takeout for the family because nobody felt like cooking . The dang hot sandwiches looked delicious, so we ordered 2 of those, a garden salad, a BLT, and a kid’s meal with chicken fingers.
Pros:
* I placed the order online via the website and paid for it via credit card. The entire process was simple and easy to use.
* The food was prepared super quickly and was waiting for me a few minutes earlier than they said it would be.
* The staff were friendly and facilitated a smooth pickup with secure packaging so that the drinks and food did not spill.
* The food was tasty and did not disappoint. The dang hot sandwiches were surprisingly good. The BLT had thick sliced bacon that was fried just right, not too crispy, but not rubbery neither.
Cons:
* The parking lot was fairly empty and looked like the restaurant was closed. However, there is a lot of construction going on in the area and next door to give that vibe. They have a sign that says OPEN on the street facing side of the restaurant for customers.
Summary: I will return.

Yesterday 2/21/26, I was at this restaurant in beachwood, place an order under my clients name, along with the 2 meals I ordered, I was buying a whole apple pie, they had 1 out I picked it up and told the cashier I want an apple pie but can I get a fresh one, she looked at the manager and he said this one is fresh, so I say ok give it to me. A couple hours later when I cut the pie, I was very disappointed it was totally dried out, it looked like someone just put apple slices inside 2 peice of crust and sprinkle a little cinnamon suger on it, no moisture anywhere. Not good at all

Biscuits and gravy was called. The cinnamon roll was very dry, felt cooked and reheated. Told staff about this seemed to just ignore me. Definitely overcharged on my bill but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. It was only $45. To never have to deal with it again. There’s definitely better places to eat in Beachwood

Small portions the banana nut bread was half the size you normally see at other Bob Evans restaurants the portions were chincy like they’re getting cheap and rationing food. I ordered the country fried steak. I got one patty at other places you get two patties. It’s like they’re under feeding you enough food for what you’re paying for and they think people don’t notice. the food tasted good. Their service was OK. The honey squeeze bottle only had maybe a 1/4 inch of honey in the bottom like I don’t know if people are stealing honey from the store like you have to shake the bottle to get the honey out for your biscuit.

On a snowy morning, I stopped in to eat and wait until the road conditions improved. Although very short of help due to call-offs, all workers went above and beyond to cover all positions. Stephen and the woman he was training were a blessing in a bad morning. Food was very good, portions large, and everyone was friendly.

This was the first Bob Evans I’ve visited and it was a nice lunch. The service was good and the food was delicious. I absolutely loved their chicken and noodles soup! The noodles were so good! They have table and booth options for dining in.

Kim was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable,n personable, and greeted us with a smile. Give her a raise! We had our Thanksgiving meal there after our other family plans fell through. Kim really made our meal special. Thumbs up to the meal and theyr banana bread is to die for. I highly recommend this Bob Evans for all holiday celebrations and other occasions.

Brought my mom here for her 90th birthday. Raven was my server and literally saw her 3 times. Beginning, delivering food, and the receipt. Yeah service was mid to below average.
