I was coming back home from Colorado. And we stop in because we hadn’t ate all day. Ordered a cheese burger, when unfolded the wrapper the first thing I noticed was rotted cheese with a super dry beef patty. Now imagine being the only person of color in the restaurant plus noticing that no one else having any issues with the food. When I asked the manager to explain how the patty could be so old. She had no clear answer. If you have any kind of sense, stay away from here!

i worked here and I’m so sorry for everyone that had to come here. The mangers at night while we were closing locked me out of the store because I walked my girlfriend to her car because it was dark. I am a darker skinned person so I don’t know if this was racist but what I do know is that they didn’t open the door until I slammed on it and when they opened they were laughing and also during that night brought all my dishes to me as soon as we closed when they could’ve done it way before but there’s no hard feelings I still eat here but it’s not as good as when I was cooking!

Horrible service waited almost 30 mins on drive thru because they asked us to move up we ordered ice cream and someone came to the car asked if we we’re missing anything. They forgot about our order so they had to make it no sorry just a here you go.

Good burgers, just seemed a little understaffed and the condiments area had been picked over. Service was quick and friendly. They have areas behind the store where you can walk your four legged friends before getting back on the road too.

The manager(Rose) is horribly rude. While I’m at the window is not only treating her employees bad but complaining because I had come back about my order being wrong when I talked to I guess a different manager the other day who told me it would be fine to come back and get a new meal for free. Rose needs a serious attitude adjustment if she’s going to work 1. In customer service and 2. At a restaurant in a small town. You chose that job, do it correctly or leave don’t be mad because someone couldn’t do their job correctly the first time, and I wanted it corrected.

Service was horrible, tables were disgusting, they refused to put lettuce on a cheeseburger just because it was a kids meal, bugs in salt that manager said was pepper, men’s bathroom was so bad I was afraid to use it. If I could’ve given this store 1/2 star, I would have, we spent almost 50.00 on a meal that was worth only about 5.00 in my book

They are very slow to wait on you. Walked to the ice cream line at 3:00 and nobody in front of us. Took 10 before anyone acknowledged us. There were employees standing around doing nothing. After we finally got our order and went to sit down, almost every table was dirty. The floor was nasty. Beverage bar was horrible nasty. There were 2 managers present at the time. There seems to be no manager supervision every time we go in. There are 3 or 4 employees that do their job very well and are always friendly.
