Jamie was surprised to see 5 of us roll in at 8:30 on a Monday but she was so accommodating and did such a good job showing us new drinks that we ended up liking better than what was on the menu. Absolutely top notch service. So happy we stopped by.

Great drinks! Great friends! We took over the TouchTunes jukebox and played all our favorites! Boots and jeans are the perfect attire!

I didn’t understand why they called themselves outlaws until I was lucky enough to order myself a piece of the dry , crumbly sorry portion of what they call brisket I’m pretty sure is cooked by a vegetarian ,on top of day old lukewarm rubbery macaroni and cheese . I looked around for the wanted posters with their name on it but I couldn’t find any. I didn’t know it was possible to water down bbq sauce and have the brisket gain in size like it was freeze dried until I showed up in the parking lot of that refinery. I was initially impressed ,I feel they would make better comedians, I looked in back and half expected to see a preschool easy bake oven or a toaster oven.
The last time I left with a worse taste in my mouth my mother in law was slapping me for calling her a gold digger. Insults are insults but these ppl are just wrong .

Great place for a beer, or mixed drinks. The bartender really knows her stuff. Excellent lime margarita. Don’t know what whiskey she used but the whiskey and 7 is a cut above

The bartender here was really nice. I didn’t catch her name but she mentioned her mom worked next door.

The drinks were great and cheap. Atmosphere was chill. Would definitely come back!

The bartenders were all young and pretty. decked out in outlaws tank tops and shorts, They seemed to know everything about the bar. The girls had the entire bar crying (myself included) because they were laughing so hard from the stories. I had an absolutely awesome time, and would strongly suggest going on in and enjoying the beer, the atmosphere and the bartenders!

We already loved Outlaws Saloon before we got engaged! It’s a great place to relax and have a drink. But we were blown away with them when we asked them to help us with the alcohol for the wedding. Jamie’s knowledge of weddings, prices, types of wines and beer is invaluable. She literally saved the day in an area I was completely lost. She helped us buy exactly the right amount of beer, wine, and champagne for our wedding and even recommended our DJ! Ordering, picking up, payments, everything was seamless and easy. Exactly what you need when coordinating such a large event. I would work with Outlaws 1000 times over. Thank you so much Jamie and the Outlaws team! You are phenomenal!

This was hands down the GREATEST gay bar I’ve been to in the PNW. If you’re from Portland, you’ll feel right at home in this cowboy themed bar. Everyone wears the same kind of outfits, so it’s easy to fit in. Grab some Carharts, slip on some Romeos, and git yerself a cowboy hat, you will fit in and you just might have the night I had. The night of my life. Either way you’ll fit right in

Sat at the first set of tables as you walk in. Lazy bartender was too busy socializing and refused to leave from behind the bar. Sat for just shy of 10 min before I left. Apparently if you don’t go up and ask for a drink or you don’t know her you won’t get served.
