It took me 15 min in an empty drive through, Devon is horrible at customer service, he asked me the same question over and over, I had a simple order, a double caramel sundae, one scoop (chocolate almond) the other scoop(pecan pralines and cream) topped with pecans I waited so long when I got to the window he asked me over and over purposely being rude I had to heart and walk into the store, I was helped by Michael he was awesome, all in all it took me about 30 minutes to get one simple order!! Devon was lazy, and rude for no reason!!! Give the job to someone who wants, need and can appreciate it with great customer service skills!!

I left Brahms in Oklahoma City genuinely heartbroken and disappointed after what I witnessed from an employee named Timothy.

A veteran came in who was clearly not okay whether he’d had a few drinks or was dealing with something mentally, it was obvious he was in distress. He had even urinated on himself, which was humiliating enough on its own. In that moment, what he needed was basic human decency and compassion.

Instead, Timothy showed none. He repeatedly referred to him as “a drunk” and kept saying “I’m calling the cops,” not in a calm, safety-focused way, but in a cold and degrading way that made the situation even more painful to watch. There was no empathy, no effort to de-escalate, and no attempt to treat this man like a human being. Worse, Timothy walked away and left customers to deal with it.

I understand there are situations where police or medical help may be needed—but the way Timothy handled this felt cruel. Veterans are people, and when someone is clearly struggling, the least we can do is treat them with respect. This experience really changed how I view this location, and I hope management takes this seriously.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and the young girl that was in the Drive-Thru window that gave me my food was so rude she handed me my bag and then just slammed the window so I knocked on the window to ask for sugar and cream for my coffee and was “for future referencestold not to knock on her window. Needless to say I won’t be going back to that Braums! The coffee was terrible as was my sausage biscuits and gravy Anne hash rounds it was cold and hash browns were burnt if I hadn’t drove off I’d turn around and get my money back I had to be at work. Awful awful visit

All I needed were 2 gallons of milk. An hour after the store opened, the doors were locked. I called to see if they were open, the person who answered rudely said only “yes, I have an another order”, then hung up. I went through the drive through, and they said they couldn’t give groceries through the window. I asked if they could unlock their doors, they said they were open the whole time. I could literally hear the bolt turning on the doors as they said this to me. When I went in, they acted like it was my fault that they had to do their jobs. Terrible customer service.

I always enjoy stopping by Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store. The ice cream tastes fresh and rich, and you can really tell they focus on quality dairy. The burgers are made to order, the fries are hot, and the portions are solid for the price. I also like that you can grab groceries, milk, and baked goods in the same visit. The store is usually clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It’s a dependable spot for a quick meal or a sweet treat.

Asked for both burgers with no onion or no pickles, put them on both #2 with certain allergies to specific things that’s why we order that way, had to throw them away. Smh

I am just going to rant,
1. The employees need to be more presentable by having the aprons and shirts clean, I walk in there and the aprons r so dirty look like they have not been cleaned in a week, you can see crust from the ice cream build up that is falling off
2. When they go to the bathroom they don’t take their aprons off. But in a restaurant setting you are supposed to take then off to go to the bathroom.
3. Their tables are always so dirty
4. And please stop using the same rag to clean the table to clean the bench and chairs u sit in.
