This place is a new one for me. My wife took me here to try the taco bowl I think it’s called or taco salad. I don’t recall, but that thing was great. The staffs working there are real LOCO. Not accountable towards their job. The people who they know, they work fast and better for them. I feel they should treat every customer the same way. Waited today more than one hour for the food. Really hate their approach towards customer. The way they play with the order is frustrating. Hope the owner and the manager make their staff work without discrimination and systematically. Last but not the least, most staffs were seen serving the drive thru customers.

Was a little skeptical about trying the birria from Pollo Loco due to birria being a hit or miss and never ordered it from a fast food place. But I have to say… the birria taco and consume was fire ! They killed it! Authenticity is there along with, of course, the flavor. Great job Pollo Loco

I came here because I was starving. Got in the drive thru & ordered a Chipotle chicken burrito. My expectations were low, but as soon as I took my first bite I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was deliciously spicy but not too hot & the sour cream added an interesting twist. The price was fair. I am happy to report the service was great.
