We went several times for both breakfast and lunch. At first, we didn’t realize they sold breakfast and were impressed with the variety to choose from at reasonable prices. Staff was friendly at both interactions and our food came out hot and fresh. Here at Braum’s, it feels like you get what you pay for at a great taste and reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

They told us we were waiting for the fries so we assumed they would come out fresh but what came out tasted like stale day old fries that weren’t even warm. I can’t remember the last time I had fries this bad, they were worse than the cheap frozen ones at the store. This was after a 30 minutes wait too.
They got our drink order sizes mixed up and the burger tasted like cigarette ashes.
Extremely disappointing, we’re huge fans of Braums but I guess the Hutch one is not the one to go to. Wish we could get our money back.

Try a cherry limeade (not diet) and you’ll be happy. Unless you hate cherry limeade… The burgers and fries are pretty good. We enjoy their shakes and ice cream but I’m bigger on the burgers. There are a few scattered around the state but the one in Hutchinson seems to be pretty consistent quality wise.

I usually love Braum’s, but this location was awful. The kid making my mix messed it up three different times and even asked if he had to remake it or if I’d just take it as-is. I finally just accepted it to avoid more hassle, but it was really disappointing. I think I’ll head to Dairy Queen for a Blizzard next time instead.

Worst Braums I’ve ever been to. Messy tables, and some serious cultural fatigue with one of employees. She was scowling at customers and coworkers, can’t mix a shake to save her life. Ohh and wife said toilet won’t flush. Nothing like the one in Goddard!

My family and I absolutely loved this place. It was clean and friendly, even for larger families. The food was good for being fast food style. The ice cream was very good and very reasonable. We would definitely go back there if we lived closer to one.
