Jennifer and Susan always take such good care of me when I come to get my favorite breakfast on the weekends for me and my husband. Their customer service always makes me feel so welcome and that I’ve gotten the best deal for my money. The Frisco breakfast sandwich is the best fast food breakfast sandwich in town. The lady working in the Drive-Thru was amazing! My receipt shows the cashier’s name as Susan. Not sure if that was her but it would be the person working the drive-thru on December 5th. 2025 at 2:20 in the afternoon.

I placed order in the app. When I got to the restaurant I had to wait behind another car for 15 minutes. When I finally got to window I asked if food had been sitting this entire time he said no. Fries was barely warm but I took order anyways I didn’t have time to wait any longer. I get home with food and the burger was also barely warm and looked as if it was thrown together. I told cashier normally they have cars pull around if they have to wait on something. I am sure my food was ready the whole time. If they moved them around I am sure it at least been hot.
